It was great. Only took about 30 minutes. I took my suv in for routine maintenance check and they did a great job. Pretty efficient all around.

They were a big waste of time,them and Westlake financial.They will tell you your pre-approved,then wait 2 weeks to tell you the vehicle sold,they say they take trade ins.gave them all the information then, won't bother to let you know that they don't want the trade.worst car lots to tell one thing then do something different.wouldnt recommend either company.both just as bad.

Sold me a lemon.
Sold me a lemon. 32,000 miles on fuel pump. I have to pay costs. 2022 Chevy Silverado...paid cash. Orr Chevrolet said I got a bad fuel pump but I still get to pay for it. Dan Cummings sold me this truck. It fell apart in my driveway. I'm senior and have never taking it 4wheeling. Fell apart while parked. Never buy a Chevy truck. Mine is the Silverado LTZ. They sold me a bad part. They admitted it. I pay for it. Orr Chevrolet in Searcy, Arkansas is doing repairs. Run from GM. That fuel pump went thru at least 50 inspections before it went into my truck. They KNEW it was bad. Sell it to a senior and when they come in for repairs upsell them another truck. GM STANDS FOR "GET MONEY". RUN NEVER BUY GM.
