great job as always at Bob Allen

everyone is always nice and they explain the process well. Since I bought my Nissan over two years ago, this is the only place I've brought it to and they are great every time!

Very informative. Salesman , Gabe Graham,was excellent. Overall good experience. Did not fully understand the warranty apparently .but when I called it was explained. I was so nervous about the whole process I really did not fully understand. But it has been satisfied.

Excellent service

Oil change carried out immediately even without a prior appointment. Replacement tire had to be ordered, but it arrived and was installed on my vehicle on the following day. Service personnel were very accommodating: Tucker Huntsinger and Austin Davis.

Great service

I like the patience and professionalism of Devlin. He was easy going and gave me the time I needed to make my final decision. He also worked out concerns that I had on the vehicle to make it the perfect fit for me!

Great experience.

Quick, easy, and everyone was very knowledgeable and up front about the entire process. This is my fourth purchase/lease from them and I will definitely be back.

Great facilites

I have bought 3 trucks from this dealership and enjoy getting all service in one place at generally competitive prices. Service can be a bit slow, however.

Great service

Everyone was very nice. Dealt with Tim Bocook, very nice and handled my issues very quickly. Even had a ride for me home so I wouldn’t have to wait around all day.

Easy to deal with.

It was an easy process and the sales person was great to deal with. Everyone there was very nice, and they got us in and out as fast as possible.

Took my truck in for a simple oil change.

Took my truck in for a simple oil change. No tire rotation, no nothing. Just change the oil.......Well, had a 3pm appointment, truck sat in the driveway for 20 min before the tech moved it outside where it sat for another 15min. So, not only did it sit for 35min after my appt but then they put THE WRONG OIL IN IT!!!!! Whoever "Mike" is he's an idiot! The entire process was a major failure. NEVER trust your vehicle to these people. Mike could care less, he was just a jerk wad. I mean, seriously....a simple oil change and they F'd it up and they could care less.
