Made arrangements to purchase 4 tires from their online

Made arrangements to purchase 4 tires from their online website, scheduled an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment, asked if things were running close to on-time for my 11:00 appointment, the advisor indicated, YES. At 11:50, I asked the advisor if my car was nearing completion, he came back after about 5 minutes and told me my car was next in line to have tires mounted. I asked for my car back at this time and left. Folks were nice, but lied. Just tell the truth, and perhaps I would have understood and stayed. Communication is KEY to customer service anywhere....

I purchase a Tacoma from Miami.

I purchase a Tacoma from Miami. It was the best experience ever. Richard help me over the phone. It was the fastest I ever purchase a car. He as more than any salesman. He spoke to me like a friend. He answered ever question and informed me of things l should know about the car. Again, he was a friend/salesman.

DO NOY BUY FROM THOMASVILLE TOYOTA!!

**BUYER BEWARE**DO NOT BUY FROM THOMASVILLE TOYOTA** DO NOT BUY FROM THOMASVILLE TOYOTA! Put a call into this dealership on May 26th 2022 to reserve an inbound 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO. Was dealing with the sales rep Oscar. He communicated that the truck was available and I was first in line for any Tundra TRD PRO at that time, and that it would be ready in 80-90 days from then. I placed a $1,000 deposit on the vehicle that I had the spec sheet for. I worked all the sales numbers, tax, etc. and locked it all in. Sales manager Jimmy informed me that Oscar would be reaching out weekly and to expect a dealership delivery update mid to late July. I was not receiving my weekly updates from Oscar so I decided to give him a several calls, texts and emails to no avail. I then called the dealership the next day on July 21st to see what was going on. I got through to the manager Jimmy who acted like he had no idea who I was and why I would be calling. He then took a few minutes to look up "my deal". He finally located it and immediately went on the defense. "The truck we showed you wasn't actually the truck. You would be lucky to get one within the next year, etc." After all the typical BS he told me of a dealer in NC that "my vehicle" went to. I ended up calling the dealership and explained my scenario with them. They took about thirty minutes and called me back and let me know that Thomasville Toyota had a TRD PRO that was Solar Octane and they sold 2 weeks prior to my call. TRD PROs are hard to come by, so when a dealer says the one allocation they get its unlikely they will get another one for awhile, hence the Jimmy (manager) conversation about being lucky to get one in the next year. As anyone would, I took this issue to the next level. I reached out to the General Manager/Partner Chris Matchett. We had a conversation detailing this entire deal and he admittedly denied his dealership did anything wrong. He first stated that they haven't even had a TRD PRO Tundra allocated yet, and then 5 minutes into the convo admitted that a life long Thomasville Toyota had a deal on this truck and sold it to him from under me. He didn't believe anything I had to say until I sent over all the evidence proving such a deal and conversations. (I will attach all the documents below.) Ever since providing these documents we have not spoken again and has gone into hiding. This dealership has taken a gamble on selling my truck from underneath me and now I am working with Toyota directly to report all of this. - DO NOT BUY FROM THOMASVILLE TOYOTA!!!
