Today we're still a family owned and operated business that has expanded to two locations and multiple dealerships including Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Honda Nissan FIAT Commercial Trucks and Isuzu Trucks.

Good service.

Good service. Good care dealer. vehicle Price is fair. But there is no vehicle service package to care for vehicle in 3 years or 5 years, compared to different dealers.

I was harassed by the dealer.

I was harassed by the dealer. I was checked in at 7:10 a.m. and left the shop at 3:45 p.m. but my service was not done because I did not get the tire which was promise to me at 8:30 a.m. the service manager Mr pai told me this and that and the tire will arrive within 3 hours but it never showed up even around 3:30. I was frustrated because I am sick and tired of waiting. I talked to the manager and the service manager as well but nobody could help me to solve the problem. I was not at all satisfied with the service given. At least if something is promised to the customer it should be kept and if it is not there should be an apology on behalf of the manager. There must be some honesty and trustworthiness when you are dealing with customer. So I decided not to go to that shop anymore for service for my car

While it was not the ideal situation, we understand our staff apologized for the inconvenience and offered several times to shuttle you home and pick you up when your vehicle was completed in an attempt to make this a better situation. Again, we are sorry to see we did not meet your expectations and hope you will consider giving us another chance to work with you in the future.
