Jorge was amazing to work with. The process was smooth and efficient. No complains what so ever. I would recommend him to everyone. However the dealership is not. The finance manager said I can get gap in the initial conversation and then we did the deal he said I cant get gap and then he tried to my sell me an extended warranty for 7 years 100k miles when the car comes with 8 year 100k miles from manufacturer. My car took a month to come and Jorge had to drive and pick it up which was fantastic of him.

Quoted lease residual value numerous times over phone
Quoted lease residual value numerous times over phone that was $5000 less than showed up on paperwork— and finance manager stated he did not know that — which I do not believe. Apparently feel the need to lie to do business

Elias was very personable , technically excellent .
Elias was very personable , technically excellent . He was very patient with me . Likely the best sales person I have conversed with. I like his approach , he overwhelmed me with his knowledge , his aggressive yet respectful sales approach . He is a young guy - I am an old guy , he really made every effort to accommodate me . I left and came back , really only because of him . I wouod recommend Sunrise to everyone . If I needed another sales associate for my own business I would hire Elias . Thank you . JY

I already knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to
I already knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order. I visited the 2 closest Chevy dealers and walked out of both because of they refused to give a price including install of certain official Chevy accessories (bug deflector, bike rack, etc). I thought that was very strange so I contacted multiple other local Chevy dealers and provided part numbers for the accessories I wanted. All the other dealers insisted I come in to make a deal and totally ignored my request for a quote with accessory installation. Elias at Sunrise Chevy was the only one willing to be upfront and transparent about pricing from the start. Thank you so much Elias! This was the smoothest and easiest vehicle buying experience I've ever had.
