I went in Had a very big quote I went with the big part but I told them the rest would wait Cabin air filter Air filter Coolant Brake fuid Were as per them All Over due and needed to be changed One month ago i had them all changed All new So they just want to sell stuff without verifying? Am I the only one? Please watch your stuff Ask for your old parts Too bad i liked the place But i would not recommend because of this

The dealer sold me a car with the tire plugged in an
The dealer sold me a car with the tire plugged in an illegal area which was dangerous. I became aware as the tire light repeatedly came on. I went to the tire shop and the advised me to take the car back to the dealer and don’t drive over 70mph as the tire could explode what makes this bad is I drove to Panama City on the the plugged tire which was very dangerous. I would never buy from them again.

I had a very serious and concerning experience with Toyota of Hollywood. A hard credit inquiry was run on my credit report without my authorization while I was only requesting a vehicle price and financing quote. I never signed or consented to a credit check. After discovering the unauthorized inquiry, I requested documentation proving my consent, and none was provided. This matter has been formally reported to Toyota Corporate, 700Credit, the CFPB, FTC, BBB, and the State Attorney General. Consumers should be extremely cautious and ensure their credit is not accessed without proper authorization.
