Oil change and manufacturing recall fixed.
Oil change and manufacturing recall fixed. Scoot who was in charge of my car was very professional and courteous. Car was serviced in an adequate time frame. Was not happy that there was dirt and residue lt on driver floor mat.

Used car drop Sunday night, couldn?
Used car drop Sunday night, couldn?t reach service rep to find out status for 5 hours. Didn?t even know who service rep was until I approved add on?s. Approval listed Jose barrios so called him twice and would not return calls.

Purchased quality tires for my CR-V 2000 miles ago and
Purchased quality tires for my CR-V 2000 miles ago and had a flat tire on Easter so needless to say I had to put the doughnut tire on and take the car in the next day. They replaced the tire and the warranty covered it the only thing I had to pay was for the installation of the tire. They did an inspection of my CR-V and found everything was fine except for my cabin filter so they ask permission to replace, did it quickly and I was on my way. Service was top notch.
