After new engine fan was installed.

After new engine fan was installed. AC works fine, engine runs much cooler. Gas Miles Per Gallon increased 25 percent. Car washed and cleaned after service.

Found the car I wanted on line and dealt with sale rep on line. Car was as expected as per pictures and listing and they were willing to bring the car to my location of 3 hours away.

We found my new car on cars.

We found my new car on cars.com. After expressing interest in the car a representative from the dealership reached out to me and the rest is history. We drove 3.5 hours to meet the dealer, test drive and purchase the car. They even put a big bow on it for me ?

Smooth process, very quick to get scheduled and I was in and out quickly with my service done. They also have people checking out what might be due as preventative maintenance, like tires.

Sales experience was first class from the time we arrived

Sales experience was first class from the time we arrived until we drove off the lot with our new car. Saw the car on the web, called the store, bought the car. That easy.

I appreciate all Dontey did to get my car fixed, despite a less than stellar insurance company. He was on it daily and provided updates often. I truly enjoy working with him.

The salesman was wonderful.i will recommend BMW of Louisville KY too everyone.very nice.very professional. the lady that we signed the papers with was very professional and very nice.

The service advisor Mr.

The service advisor Mr. Tooley answered all my inquiries and arranged mine service appointment in a manner that did not comprise important functions/appointments that I had to keep. Of course, it was my responsibility to let him know my non negotiable appointments so that he could schedule an agreed upon date etc. His communication skillls carried over to the weekend advisor Nathan as well. Mr. Nathan had my exspected total, receipt, washed car without delay. The personnel appear content and that attitude was my experience, also.

I have an older car that they keep in great shape.

I have an older car that they keep in great shape. Great mechanics. Easy to schedule. Great facilities and waiting room. Service rep is easy to work with Overall great service.
