Keith is a great quality sales representative!

Keith is a great quality sales representative! He was professional and attentive and responded to all our inquiries promptly! We received our car in Mn within a week of signing off on all the paperwork. We would be happy to return as customers. Iulia in Finance, was also very helpful and not pushy to purchase anything.

The staff are great people, experts at what they do.

The staff are great people, experts at what they do. I am always satisfied with the services we receive. The facility is nice but could use courtesy charging stations for vehicles being serviced.

Matt was very helpful and kept me apprised of the status.

Matt was very helpful and kept me apprised of the status. They were even willing to negotiate a fair price. They have the car a tune up after the work was done and it drives great!

My service advisor Adam was excellent!

My service advisor Adam was excellent! Very professional and thoughtful. Very clear in communication of what is absolutely needed and what could wait. He holds the highest standards! The service provided by the technician is also excellent. The car was returned to me shiny!

Once again, BMW of Louisville was fantastic.

Once again, BMW of Louisville was fantastic. I was scheduled for my yearly oil change but there was an additional issue. Alex Baki, my advisor, explained in a way l could easily understand. I authorized the additional work. Everyone was kind & courteous. I even got the chance to thank the technician who did the work on my car. I depend on BMW of Louisville & they have never ever let me down. So thankful for them.

I purchased a car from here and found out only after

I purchased a car from here and found out only after purchasing it only came with one key. I would expect buying a luxury car that it would come with 2 keys. The only option they gave me was to purchase a $500 key separately even when I outlined my expectations.

Matthew Trost the service advisor was awesome .

Matthew Trost the service advisor was awesome . I had the vehicle for 2 weeks then the transmission went out. I was very upset and Matthew kept me up to date on all the progress . I called the GM 2 times and left messages and still have not heard from him. I?m very upset about a vehicle only in my possession for 2 weeks that the transmission went out
