i paid for a car in cash but it still needed inspections

i paid for a car in cash but it still needed inspections they keep putting it off. its been awhile so my waranty they have would never be used cuz they had it still. NO GOOD. ive called the store during hours didnt know who to talk 2 and i waited for someone they picked up and hung up on moday the sales people told me it was looked at and i can get car tuesday i was told after 4 its on lift ive been told i can get rental car till its done after so long its past that time frame i need a car now or money back. this has been a nightmare. i wish it would have been better but i guess they dont seem to care. cuz its 1 thing after another

Had some work done on my Honda.

Had some work done on my Honda. Loved how they met me at my car after I pulled inside. It didn’t take as long as expected and got me on my way quickly. Only thing I didn’t like was the smell of men’s cologne on my steering wheel.

I’ve used Honda in Lawrence, Wichita, and Hutchinson, KS.

I’ve used Honda in Lawrence, Wichita, and Hutchinson, KS. I’ve always had good service at all locations but the service I receive at the Hutchinson location goes above and beyond anywhere else. In the past I’ve changed my own oil but with life as busy as it is ive always taken my car in to get routine oil changes. The staff is fun to talk to and extremely professional. The techs always do a great job and I’ve never walked away with any surprises. They do an excellent job of communicating with me in regards to the service and anything that comes up during the inspection (it’s always honest!) Last week I went in for an oil change and one of the techs working pointed out some scratches on the surface to make sure I knew they were there. I told him I did and showed him a few more as well as a minor dent and some peeling paint in a less obvious place. I spoke with the auto body mechanic and he told me he could probably fix that while I was waiting and gave me a very reasonable price. I couldn’t say no even though I care more about functionality than cosmetics for my vehicle. When they called me for pickup they informed me that they fixed what we talked about but it wasn’t to the mechanics standard so I wasn’t going to be charged. Basically it wasn’t “perfect.” Well he did a heck of a job and it was barely noticeable at all! After Cindy walked me out to my car I told her he should’ve charged me something. I was very pleased with the whole team. I’ve had some pretty costly repairs to my vehicle too and it’s always a great experience with and amazing customer service. Big shout out to Cindy and her team. I’ve been working with her since I moved to Hutchinson and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else work with me. She’s the best! I grew up a Chevy guy but I can’t say I’d ever go back. I love my Honda!

Went in for a oil change and went home with a brand new

Went in for a oil change and went home with a brand new car. While I was waiting on my car to get done, I walked around the new car lot and found one I liked. Test drove it and went home with it. My wife was really shocked and she loves it. Alvin "Butch" Hammerschmidt is a great sales person and nice to deal with.

I like going to Conklin for service.

I like going to Conklin for service. They are prompt. They will vacuum and wash the car when they finish. Price is reasonable. I've never had any issues taking my car there.

Conklin Honda Hutchinson was great.

Conklin Honda Hutchinson was great. My appointment was Wednesday at 4:40 pm. Ms. Cindy was great, she looked up my information to see what was the last service was done. She made sure all my fluids were good. She informed that my windshield wipers needed to be placed. With everything that needed to be done, it was reasonable.
