Upon arriving at dealership was told vehicle I came to

Upon arriving at dealership was told vehicle I came to see was sold. We were communicating all day by text. Dealership is an hour away. We have cell phones. He could have informed me before my arrival. Wasn’t sure if I was gonna buy the vehicle, but that was the purpose of my visit I always shop pre approved. When buying.

Worst leasing experience in my 60 year history of buying

Worst leasing experience in my 60 year history of buying or leasing vehicles. Leased a Nissan Rouge nearly two months ago, and we still haven't received permanent plates. Temporary tags expire tomorrow, but no one at the dealership seems to be concerned. After multiple calls (20 or more) we haven't received a call back, but have been promised that we would get a call back in 15 minutes. The staff is either totally incompetent or just don't care about their customer concerns or needs. Do yourself a big favor, and look elsewhere for your automotive needs. I write this review after waiting 5 hours without a call back.

I usually hate buying vehicles but I had a great

I usually hate buying vehicles but I had a great experience buying a truck at Darcars of College Park. It was a bit of a drive for me but it turned out to be the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Kimberly was my salesperson, and she did a fantastic job. She communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I inquired about the truck until after I had purchased it. She sent me pictures, video, and several emails before I ever met her. Once I got to the dealership, she made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. Mike, her manager, answered questions for me about the truck and was very knowledgeable about the truck. Alex took great care of me in the finance process. He didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need and made sure I got the best deal possible with protection plans and finance rate. I will definitely come back to Darcars of College Park when my wife is ready to buy a vehicle. Thanks to everyone for a great experience! You showed great customer service and professionalism and it was such a positive experience. Thank you!

Actually honest and easy to deal with people! I was shocked how pleasant my experience was. After being lied to and treated like an idiot at other dealerships, I was relieved to find this team of professionals. I highly recommend them.

My experience with the dealership was excellent. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, taken to my sales person and was out for a test drive in about 15 mins. Kevin Escobar was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me with up sells, just pointed out the options that were available to me. My finance guy Marshall Nickleberry worked the phones with the banks to get me a really good rate and same me lot of money. I highly recommend DARCARS Nissan of College Park for your next purchase.
