He showed me all cars that were available and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. We were treated with friendliness and always will return to Lexus of Tacoma for any and all service for our new vehicle. John Southwick came to our house to deliver our car and fit right in with our family. It was a birthday gift for my wife and he went over and above with the birthday surprise. He spent several hours acquainting her with all of the features of the car and had a big red bow on the top of the vehicle for her, when she arrived home to find the "surprise".
