I just bought my car from Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf, and the experience was amazing from start to finish! The whole team was friendly, patient, and made the process smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions, worked with me on financing, and made sure I left with a car I truly love. The dealership was clean, professional, and everyone treated me with respect. I really appreciate how they took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t pressure me into anything. Received service in a timely manner and work was

Received service in a timely manner and work was completed within the time frame promised. My Service Representative (Tim Britt) kept me informed and explained all the details of the repairs taking place on my vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Waited 5 hours and overpaid for a diagnostic that didn't

Waited 5 hours and overpaid for a diagnostic that didn't determined the problem. The next day, the same problem returned. Not sure if techs are familiar with BSW malfunctions and loss of power in Infinity QX60s. Not sure which is worse, not able to determined the problem or paying overpriced for a diagnostic service fee!

Today I came to pick up my car and pay for services that

Today I came to pick up my car and pay for services that was rendered. After attempting to use my debt card, the representative stated only $500 was taken from my card. I stated that the money was in my account but he insisted that $500 was not taken out of my account and proceeded to charge me the full amount plus the $500. I tried to tell him that the money was pending in my account and that the balance of the bill should be taken. However in order to get my car, the service representative charged me the original balance due even though he had already taken $500. This, causing an overpayment of $500. I hope I will never use Sheehy Nissan again because the customer service I received was already extremely poor. I made a formal complaint previously and the general manager convinced me to give Nissan another opportunity to correct their poor customer service. In addition during this service, my car had been kept for a complete day and I received a call at the end of the day that my car would be ready the next day. I went to the dealership and discovered my car had not even been worked on at all. I will definitely be writing a letter to the corporate office as well. And I will be informing as many as I can on all social media platforms not to ever go to Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. This has been the most terrible experience ever regarding servicing of my car!!!

I have personally been a client at this Nissan for over

I have personally been a client at this Nissan for over 10 years! I continue to come back, because I receive great service! Willie Moses is an asset to this company. He should receive the highest award for performance and customer care—Willie is kind and patient—he is great! Also, the new manager, Jesse, is doing an exceptional job.
