The sales process was good. My salesperson was very attentive. My follow-up was poorly handled and I still have not received my registration. Has been almost 6weeks with no word from anyone from the dealership. I understand that these are interesting times, but I feel as though myself and my vehicle have been completely forgotten about.

Each time that I have taken my car to the dealer I have always had a good experience. I have never had a long wait time. The time that I am waiting is always pleasant, the waiting area is always clean and the bathroom are clean.

Disappointed because I asked that my coolant overflow reservior needs to be topped off since it was low. My request was ignored. Forfilling a customers request is the most important consideration to me when i bring my auto in for services

Service was excellent and reasonably priced. I was treated in a professional manner beginning with the phone call I made to book the appointment. Upon arrival, Jack my service technician explained all to me and was very pleasant. Thanks Boch.

Since purchasing my 2017 Camry from this dealership , I’ve always felt confident having my car serviced here. However, my last few visits have been exceeding long, even with an appointment. After waiting 2 hrs for an inspection sticker, along with a battery check, I had to seek out my service writer for an update. Kevin was very pleasant and took me to the mechanic, who showed me my tire wear and, yes, I did need a new battery. So another 2 hrs was added to my wait! I realize that the pandemic has caused a void in staff; however, 4 hrs was too long without communication! Also, I was informed by the cashier , that a 3% additional charge would be added if I used a bank card or any card! My bill was over $1000, which would add another $30 +! Never happened before and certainly not good customer service!
