Bought an f350 super duty best car buying experienchad I have ever had. Great price sales department very easy to work with, informative without the pressure you get from other dealers. They were fast friendly and all about customer service. The truck is great no problems or regrets. Went to truck service once with it and they we're also very helpful with the questions we had and accommodating.

I was looking for a used car for my girlfriend and have always dealt with Herb Chambers in the past. My girlfriend saw a specific used car online and we headed down to the Ford Dealership in Braintree. Our Salesman Scot helped her to find a car that she loved and we both walked out of the dealership very happy that day. Scot went out of his way to make sure she got exactly what she was looking for. Scot is a great person to work with. He knew everything about the new F-150 I recently purchased and was more than accomodating to my needs. He let me take the vehicle to my wife at work and made sure everything went smoothly with the negotiating and paperwork to the detailing of the vehicle. What I really liked is that Scot doesn't just cover A, B, C, and then skip right to Z, he takes care of the whole frigen alphabet!
