Fantastic truck

F350 part

I called the parts department for a hub cap. Dan Norian couldn't have been nicer to help me out and make sure he ordered the right one! Little did I know how many different hub caps you could order. Thanks for Dan's knowledge and customer service, he took the time with me to figure it out and get the right one!

Unscheduled emergency service

After suffering a loss of electrical system charging while driving on the highway, I contacted the Braintree Ford service department for advice. It was suggested that I do not try to drive the vehicle to the dealership as I could lose my steering (electrically driven power steering). A tow was arranged, and shortly after it arrived at the dealership, Dan called to confirm that they received it (2015 Explorer Sport), and that it would be ready the next day. True to his word, the work was completed and I picked it up in great running order. Only downside was that it was a couple of weeks out of warranty so the cost was in me.

Service Department

I am a semi retired person and bought my first car at Herb Chambers a year ago. It is not new but a pre owned Explorer. The person that sold it to me was so nice and with this first appointment to repair an issue the service was perfect. The service advisor Andy was so thoughtful, explained everything and was exceptionally professional. I have heard so many people mention the same about Andy. Since I bought this car I recommend Herb Chambers to everyone and I really am impressed. Thank you so much. Easy,Professional, really they couldn't be any nicer!

I had a radio problem, my part was ordered and it arrived at 7 AM I got to the dealership at 8:15 and it was ready at 9:15! Couldn't be happier, everyone there was soooo nice, I will recommend and also return! Thank you I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism!

Alarm going off, hood open light going on

10/26/17 Complaint diagnosed as faulty hood switch, parts ordered, 11/1/17 faulty hood switch replaced and state inspection was done! Prompt service, nice waiting room! No loaner cars offered for recall services???

The best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle!!!
