took our 2016 ford escape in for a noise underneath car went for a ride with a tech behind dealership he was going about 45 mph said he did not hear noise went for another ride with service adv matt on a bumpy road said he could hear noise said it sounds like steering rack or links he went for a ride with service mgr he also heard noise they said they would contact ford engineering 1 week I heard nothing so I called matt he transfered me to service mgr who told me they tested 2 other escapes they rode the same he said nothing they could do I drove a friends escape no noise our car drove great when we first got it now over bump it rides like a truck with heavy duty shocks NOT HAPPY HERB C AND JIM X SHOULD SEE THIS REVIEW I EXPECTED MORE FROM H C FORD I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GREAT I do not think so thank you d French thank you

After getting the 'run-around' from Ford corporate on a serious problem with a brand new vehicle, Scott Lewis, the dealership GM, followed-up immediately and consistently throughout to make things right. Second vehicle I have purchased here. Definitely going back for my next purchase!

Fantastic Experience

Shady sales tactics; disappointing overall
Really terrible experience from start to finish. Poor communication. Disinterested sales. Ultimately complete dishonesty and disturbing sales tactics. Deposit placed on a located car. Strung along. Excuses. When pushed, ultimately told car no longer available. Waste of my time and effort. Had a previous positive Herb Chambers purchase (Boston) and this was a whole another experience.

Terrific Experience
Dina was terrific in her presentation and her abilities to get the job done for us. She was friendly and optimistic; dealt with the finance people and delivered the good news to my wife and I. When we picked up the vehicle she was there switching plates, dealt with insurance company. Overall Dina went beyond for us and got the job done!

My Ford Edge
I had a very pleasant sales person.Dina Saoud took really good care of me and found me a vehicle of my preference in my price range with the options that I wanted. This is the second time I bought a vehicle from the Braintree dealership. Twelve years ago I bought a Ford Freestar and was very comfortable with it. I would'nt hesitate to go back,thanks Dina.

Great first time buyer experience
I purchased my first car from a dealership this past weekend, a 2013 Ford Escape. I worked with Chris Doucette from the outset. Chris is less a salesperson and more consultative in his approach. Friendly, conversational and knowledgable Chris and his team were able to find the right car from me as well as competitive financing on par with what I had been pre-qualified with. The dealership is very clean and comfortable with snacks, water, and coffee readily available.
