Great Place to buy a car!!!! Claudio Acevedo

I had a wonderful experience working with Claudio Acevedo. He found the car I was looking for and at the right price. I was searching for this car for about two weeks. I met with other sales people but, I did not feel welcome at there dealership. Claudio really took his time with me and found the perfect car for my wife. Thanks again Claudio!! Marlin

New truck purchase

I was looking for a Toyota Crewmax at different around the state trying to find a 2014 model with a good price at end of year. I contacted Jason Schiffman at Mark Jacobson Toyota truck center . Jason found me a really good deal on a truck with the options I was looking for and worked hard to make me satisfied with the purchase . Jason was very friendly and not pushy like other salesmen I had talked to at other dealerships. He was a pleasure working with. After the purchase I had questions about working some of the new options (electronics) and called Jason. He has been very helpful trying to explain how they work.

Best car experience i have ever had

Being a 22 year old young female who knows nothing about the car buying world i must say the process was mostly painless. I had excellent help from the dealers at Mark Jacobson Toyota. The car i had was falling apart. The team helped me out as much as possible on my trade in value and got me low monthly payments. I am now in a safe and fully legal vehicle. It was quick to. I didn't feel like i was being tricked or pushed into anything. They were very patient and knowledgeable. Again i knew nothing about buying a car and had to do it on my own. no parents to show me the way. Im glad that i got to deal with such friendly and non judgmental people.

Worked with my specific criteria

My contact Rob Gunter listened to then worked with needs and criteria. Together we found the make and model, low mileage, previously owned car for less than I thought I would have to pay. He navigated the process for me, bringing along the others in the office as needed to make sure the steps kept happening. I wasn't left hanging at any point.

Excellence, outstanding,pleased, highly recommend.

I am very happy with my new Toyota Corolla. Michael Lemon was very patient and polite, he was helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable as a Sales Consultant . This made it very comfortable for me to make my purchase . As if that weren't enough when I was transferred to Emory Parsons the Business Manager for the closing documents he made it effortless and was also very attentive and helpful. Mark Jacobson has managed to put together a staff that makes their customers feel very comfortable and welcome. Congratulations and A plus. Thank you Judith Matos

2014 Pruis

I had a Great Experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota when I purchased my 2014 Pruis. I drove from Raleigh, NC, just to get the make, model and price I wanted. The customer service was awesome. Thank you Michael Lemon, Tay Page and Dennis the Menace!

2015 rav4

my experience with the dealership was perfect. all my questions and concerns were answered. my salesman was on top of everything. he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and got our payments where it needed to be. hes the best and knows his stuff. i would recommend him to anybody.

low-key and laid back purchase

Tom was great. Loved him. Justin was very honest and helped answer everything we had questions about before making a decision... no pressure or discomfort. i really enjoyed working with these guys.

***AWESOME***

I enjoyed working with Mark Jacobson Toyota. I called and explained the hassle i was having from other Dealerships. I spoke with Jay Bazooband and he listened to everthing i had to say before even he started his conversation with me. My wife and i felt like he was on our side to get us what we were looking for versus just making a sell. Jay handled everything with an A+ effort. So i wanna say with the most sincere gratitude, THANK YOU to Jay Bazooband and the entire Mark Jacobson staff. On further note, I feel as if yall went above the call of duty to make my wife and I happy and feel welcome. Yall stayed late and waited for my 2 hour+ drive to your dealership.
