Worked with John via email ( fabulous experience)! Looked over inventory online, decided on terms via email and when vechile was waiting for me at front door. We did change our mind on color but that was ok because he pulled that one around for us also!

I shopped at other dealerships closer to home and got the run-around, head-shaking, and even a "you're crazy," but I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay before I contacted Fred Anderson. They accommodated my offer with 2 emails at a rate other dealerships wouldn't come close to. Everyone seemed to be genuinely concerned with me being happy with my new car and having a good leasing experience.

My first used car purchase
Buying on Black Friday can be exciting and difficult so I was not expecting much. Troy Haynes and was the classic Southern salesman - enjoyable and relaxed. Given I wanted to spend around $10k, he stayed on point, quick to show the Carfax and BlueBook price range for the available Toyotas. We brought that day at just less than Dealer BlueBook. The car could not be made ready that day so Troy was able to get us a "loaner" for a few days. He also was able to find a Owner's Manual for the used car. The only negative was I thought the Dealer Admin Service fee of $599 was a little high. But Carmax down the street would not even negotiate on a car showing a premium of $2500 over BlueBook.

Easy purchase experience. I knew what I wanted, what a fair price should be, and what a fair trade-in value should be, and drove home in a new Tacoma. Jeff was knowledgeable and was easy to work with. This is my 3rd Toyota from Fred Anderson Raleigh since 2001. Good dealership.
