I don't like the way service salespeople treat me.

I don't like the way service salespeople treat me. If you don't buy a service, you're treated like garbage... I bought more than just a service; I bought two new cars from your dealer. Treat me well. Because if you don't, I'll buy the next two cars from another dealer, and my clan will do the same.

I have always been a Ford girl but after finding out my

I have always been a Ford girl but after finding out my Ford Escape needed a new engine. I was done with Fords. Fred Anderson Toyota was highly recommended. I walked into the dealership without hesitation Duane Watts walked up to me to see if he could help. His honesty and professionalism was so appreciated. He was very thorough. I also met with JR Hayes, both of these gentlemen are a breath of fresh air when it comes to some car salesman. I have told everyone about what a great experience I had at Fred Anderson Toyota. Keep up the great work!

You over-charge for simple items like changing cabin and

You over-charge for simple items like changing cabin and air filters. Charing $80+ to change two ~$7 filters is disgusting and insulting to knowledgeable customers. And you try to tack on unnecessary items to pad the bill even more.
