Very pleasant sales process and delivery with no issues

Very pleasant sales process and delivery with no issues or surprises. They were very good at finding the RIGHT Financing Company with whom all went really quickly along with thorough explanation. Sheehan was a TOP quality organization from top to bottom.

The salesperson, Steve, was always very attentive,

The salesperson, Steve, was always very attentive, answering all questions and doubts. He undoubtedly knows well the vehicle we were looking at. Usually, buying a car is stressful because salespeople keep trying to sell more and more. That was not the case.

We have been dealing with Sheehan zbBuick for more than 20 years. Thir service is professional and their service people are exceptionally helpful. Our technician, Bosco Morosco will always keep us apprised of the progress of the service on our vehicle. He always does his very best to assure that we are satisfied.. We have purchased 5 vehicles at Sgeehan Buick and have always been pleased with follow up and service.

I had been looking all over for the "right truck" for

I had been looking all over for the "right truck" for over a month, when I decided to contact Tom Sheehan, whom I had met when purchasing a used Cadillac from their used auto dealership about a year ago, which also was a very great experience. Truth was, I had looked on all the "auto websites" which list everything that is available within a 100 mile radius, and nothing was available with the options that were important to me. The call to Tom turned out to be the best call I could have made in my search. I was immediately put in contact with Mike and he had Joe run through everything I was looking for. Joe went to work and within a week, what I could not make happen in over a month, Joe and Mike said they had some vehicles they found in transit and we talked our way through what turned out to be a much nicer vehicle than what I thought I was looking for. It had the Denali package and they quickly found rebates and price deducts that put this beautiful truck in the price range of what I was looking to spend. Joe kept up with the trucks ETA and kept me informed of exactly when I could expect this truck to hit the lot. Joe and Mike worked around my busy schedule and surprised me several days early with "the call" letting me know the truck was there, however the wheels had not made it in, as they are shipped differently. I drove down with my trade, thinking we were just going to run the numbers, so when the wheels came in, I could pick up my new truck. Not sure how they pulled it off, however, during our meeting, Mike and Joe told me they had and idea, and withing 2 hours, WALA, they pulled around the front with my truck, upgraded wheels, and said let's do this. They both went above and beyond, Joe and I were talking about fishing stories, and Mike had paperwork done, a trade value that far exceeded my expectations, and we signed, sealed and they delivered two sets of keys to my dream. I texted Joe after I got home thanking him, and both he and Mike called me within a couple of days on two different calls, making sure everything was checking out all good during the first 48 hours of ownership of my new ride. CARE- CHECK, FAIR- CHECK, FOLLOWUP- CHECK>CHECK. I can tell you all they have a customer for life. A special shout out to the owner of the company, Tom Sheehan, who made me feel like a member of his family was looking for a truck. Joe and Mike attention to detail is second to none, and while I have had some buyer remorse in the past, I am only upset with myself for not contacting them from the time I decided to go from my SUV back into a truck. You all rock it at Sheehan, was the best buying experience I have ever had, and would love to talk my wife into going from her Range Rover to a Yukon Denali, as I believe the options on my truck are nicer than the Range. My opinion. Thank you again, to all at Sheehan GMC who went out of their way to make sure what they said, was delivered on. Bravo. As a side note, but very important one, Matt Clinton explained how we could make the extended warranty happen without some of the other options that I felt I did not need. I was unaware about an extension on warranty without all the items that were part of, so I was able to add just the exact thing that made sense. Thank you Matt. Greg Blackwood

They took my vehicle in right away, gave me a ride home,

They took my vehicle in right away, gave me a ride home, less than three hours later called me to tell me my car was ready, and they gave me a ride back to pick up my vehicle, which had been cleaned on the inside.

This dealership was very clean.

This dealership was very clean. Its staff greeted you as sworn as you were on site. Anthony Lauria was our sales representative, who made us feel it ease. The entire process was smooth. I appreciated the fact that what our monthly payment would be was presented to us before even starting the sale process. I am a first time lessee so this experience is off to a great start. I am enjoying my vehicle so far even though it’s only day 2🎉🎉
