Beware of their unethical sales tactics.
Beware of their unethical sales tactics. They lied to me about making some repairs on a car I bought. Gave me the run around for months, only to tell me they wont honor their word. Never been treated so poorly by a company. Dont trust them. Especially the sales manager Shawn. Listen to the other reviews and stay away. Wish I would have. They have been investigated in the past and for good reason. Avoid at all cost!

I'll never do business with Shawnee Mission Ford Service
I'll never do business with Shawnee Mission Ford Service Department again. Had scheduled a service appointment for early Friday morning for brake repairs and didn't get my truck back until 10am the following Tuesday. Unacceptable way to do business. They did not offer anything to make up for the delay, not even a valid excuse or apology. The same thing happened before when I brought my truck in for brakes back in February 2024, with the same four day delay. I should have learned my lesson then. Terrible.

I'll never do business with Shawnee Mission Ford Service Department again. Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on
Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

I took my 2013 Ford Escape for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was all done in less than an hour. Great service. Ask for Brian, he provides excellent customer service, and we're working with Eddie on their Extended Warranty for another vehicle. They definitely follow-up with you. Thank you for the excellent service.

I took my Blazer in to get some body work done.
I took my Blazer in to get some body work done. The work was done and Carlos told me I could come in on a Saturday to pay for it and pick it up Now I work 7 days a week and I had to get off work early to pick the vehicle up. So I come in to pick it up and the lady at payment desk told me there was no ticket on my vehicle and therefore I could not pick it up. So NOW I have to go home from work on Monday night and have my wife drive out to Shawnee Mission Ford. And we live in Lee's Summit! I can't believe Shawnee Mission Ford messed up this bad! Because of them now I have to take an extra night to come pick up my vehicle when it should have done already! Unbelievable!
