I had been looking for an SUV for 15 months and couldn't find the colors, trim levels, and options I wanted. Once I met Kim Jacobson, I was impressed by her extreme interest in finding the exact SUV for me. Once she found the vehicle, the sales process was easy.

A very pleasant experience.

A very pleasant experience. Everyone involved in this transaction were knowledgeable, friendly & quickly responded to all my questions & concerns. After I got the car home I had problem getting my overhead garage door opener on the car to connect to the garage door. To solve this problem, Quinevere Ragan (the technical assistant) came to my home and resolved this issue.

Great customer service. The mechanic’s video showing what he did and narrating to explain was great! Brian is great and I’m glad he’s my service rep!

The service team has always been great, but I keep

The service team has always been great, but I keep running into several issues that were not brought up when I bought my car from this dealership. The latest is a maintenance fix that Lexus recommends to be done at the 100k mile marker. Well, I bought the car from them at 109k and they didn't do the recommended maintenance when they had it, and now they want me to pay for the service that they did not do when they owned the vehicle. Just a bunch of little stuff that adds up... Frustrating...

My recent service experience was just as good as the last: Professional curious staff (shout out to Brian Veal); with a clean, comfortable waiting room supplied with all the amenities you could want/need to pass the time. Love the service videos too…nice touch!!

Brian Veal has always been great to work with.
