The Molle service rep was pleasantly efficient and respectful. He clearly explained the tasks required for my scheduled service appointment. He also made sure that all common touch surfaces were sanitized.

The quality is high but the price is too. I kinda wish I was more informed about my final bill than for it to be a big surprise. I was told what was needed and how much it cost but labor wasn't included. The labor part was insane, I mean I know you got to get paid to work and all but let me know ahead of time so I don't feel ripped off. I felt a bit bitter but after a drink or two I feel better knowing my car will help me take care of my needs.

Mark Wasserstrom buys a car

I saw a car on line. It was a used Toyota Corolla with 3,700 miles. It had been used as a customer service/loaner car for Molle Toyota. I saw the car on line. I called the dealership and talked them into sending over a driver to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. I brought a check with me. I looked at the car and drove it around the block. Then I wrote out the check and drove the car home. The folks at Molle Toyota made the experience easy. (Previously, I tried to by an excess inventory car from the Hertz bankruptcy. There is a reason why Hertz is in bankruptcy -- HERTZ DOESN'T TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT AND THEY LIE.)
