Great Place to Buy a Truck!

I was in the market for a new 2018 GMC Sierra truck. I stopped in and was greeted by Kevin Jackson. Kevin was very friendly and walked me through the various options they had on the lot. After learning more about my needs, wants, and budget we found a winner. I also traded in my old truck. Kevin and his GM, Craig were efficient at getting me an itemized breakdown of what I'd owe. After pulling the trigger, the process was super smooth. I was even impressed at the amount of time Kevin spent with me after buying the truck in helping me sign up for OnStar, the GMC app, and showing me the features of my new truck. He definitely went above & beyond.

A fast transaction.

I have been looking for the right truck for a while now. I saw a 2018 Sierra 1500 on the website that looked like it had everything I wanted in a vehicle. I drove through the lot that afternoon and peeked in the windows. I stopped back with my wife about 5:30 that afternoon and met Sam, who grabbed the keys and we took it for a test drive. We discussion the details for a bit with Sam, and Mark, the sales manager and decided to buy a truck. The clerical part of the process went very quickly and I was driving it home by 8:00 that evening. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They are courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

Service and Tire Rotate FAILURE!!

We had our 2013 Yukon in for an oil change and tire rotation but got more then expected!! My wife told me the car was making a noise like a flat tire so when I check out the problem found 3 of the 4 wheels were left loose!! Mr Harper the Service Manager wanted me to tell him what it needed to make it right!! I said make it safe for my wife to drive like it was before they left the wheels loose and I wanted them to certify it was safe!! He said no he would not put anything in writing, makes me wonder why they won’t certify a repair? He then wanted me to tell him what repairs it would need so I did!! I told him it needed all the studs, lug nuts and at least one wheel ( maybe more after inspection) and he said no way on the wheel and nuts they don’t get damaged from wheels being left loose!! I asked him if he thought all the hammering was good for the alumunum wheel and steel nuts as they would oblong the holes and he said won’t happen! Mr Harper nor his staff has never seen this vehicle after the damage occurred or even asked to see the vehicle to make his diagnosis!!!!!! I said that is what I need along with a certification it was safe and he said no way and let him know it works out for me!! Very rude person!

Trying to do the right thing..

I appreciate that the service manager went out of his way to help us and picked up & dropped off our car. After we had a frustrating experience about fixing a tire sensor..

Had the oil and filter change and tire rotation done. Got me in and out in less time than she said it would take to be done.

Just a sale, not a relatioship

My wife and I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia from you all in September. We had the car a couple of months and just really weren't satisfied with it for us and our needs. I called to see what we could do and there was absolutely no consideration given to the fact that we had just bought the car from your dealership only two months prior. I was offered the middle of KBB trade value for the Acadia, which is exactly the same deal any other dealer would offer up front. I didn't expect to get all of our money back, but the fact that your dealership expected me to be satisfied with you offering me $6,000 less than I had just paid for the car 60 days earlier is outrageous.
