ABS/brake light, traction control, check engine light

ABS/brake light, traction control, check engine light were on and a PO500 code was displayed. I took vehicle to Hendricks for the service. Final diagnosis was a squirrel chewed on the ABS wiring and another wire showed similar damage, however only ABS wiring was repaired for a sum of $1200+ and the other wiring left unrepaired and another service call will likely be required and another tidy sum required. The problem is Toyota used a vegetable base wire covering instead of a petroleum based covering.

From the moment I arrived to when I left, the experience

From the moment I arrived to when I left, the experience was terrific. There was no waiting time to get me checked in. I love the service where the technician sends a video on his inspection to let me know if there are any additional issues (there weren't thank goodness). Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this dealership to have any and all maintenance done.

Ashton was my service representative.

Ashton was my service representative. He was friendly and reviewed what maintenance needed to be done with my car. He was upfront about what it would cost. The service tech sent me a video of the undercarriage of my car, with the tires off and said what looked good, what would need attention in the future. I appreciated their attention to my car. The only mess up was the person who scheduled said it was a drop off and I always wait for my service to be done. I?m stead of the usual 2 hour wait, it was 3 1/2 hours.

My experience with Robert Jacobs has been wonderful.

My experience with Robert Jacobs has been wonderful. From the first impression he greeted my husband and I with a smile ready to help us. He opened the door for me each time I hopped in a car. He worked hard for us and made the finance part as smooth and efficient as he could to give us a great deal with the bank. Robert is awesome in every way.
