I feel compelled to compose my candid feedback about this

I feel compelled to compose my candid feedback about this car dealership. When we first leased our vehicle back on 2023, and it was not a pleasant experience. Fast forward, we visited the dealership to take the vehicle in for service, and we walked the lot. We noticed a beautiful 2026 Equinox, so we decided to ask for the last salesman, Taylor Earnheart, who we worked with that corrected the mess another salesman created. We learned that he was promoted to a Finance Manager. He recommended Andrea Arguello to work with us especially knowing what transpired the last time. We were very fortunate working with Andrea and Taylor. Also, Ryan Burton, GSM, remembered and greeted us. Andrea was very friendly and extremely attentive. Taylor also assisted us and he didn't go home if we were going to buy. It happened! The three of them made things happened and we drove off with the new Equinox! They redeemed the reputation of the dealership. Everything, and I mean everything, fell into place nicely. If you're planning to lease or make a purchase, ask for Andrea Arguello and Taylor Earnheart! I'm very difficult to work with because I was in sales a long time ago, and they exceeded my expectations.

Most pleasant, efficient and helpful car buying

Most pleasant, efficient and helpful car buying experience ever. Kudos to Reynaldo, Scott, Hiram and Brittany. All of them were friendly and helpful. Reynaldo went way beyond our expectations of customer service. We drove 8 hours to buy this car and it was well worth it! I'd do it all again.
