Dan was a great Guy to work with,

Dan was a great guy to work with, he responded to a True Car request for information promptly. When I requested an appointment to view available vehicles he went beyond all expectations, rearranging his schedule to accommodate mine. The dealership had a vehicle that met my requirements in stock and didn't have to dealer trade. Dan was a professional all the way, A gentleman that I wont hesitate to call when I need the next vehicle or if a friend needs am recommendation. George Steiner

Internet sales

Scummed me into putting a 500 deposit down for a different car and rate then we had agreed upon!! And then was a condescending a hole and liar about it afterwards!!!

Dan Beckman has been my salesman for several years now, and I keep going back to Metropolitan Ford for his and the rest of the team's exceptional service. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers, no matter the situation. I've also worked with the Service department,and Faissal was extremely helpful and very friendly. The transfer from a lease to a purchase.

Transferring the car from a lease to a purchase was handled smoothly. Doing the paperwork ahead of time saved time in the dealership. Every step was explained and questions were answered.

I'm very disappointed in this dealer bought a used 30...

I'm very disappointed in this dealer bought a used 30 plus thousand dollar truck and come to find out the lane asset is not working and the can phasers are bad in the motor from day on . Thank god the warranty covered the motor portio . I guess so not even a month into having this truck it's been at the shop over a week and there telling me I will have to pay to get the lane asset fixed if I want it. Should that not have been fixed before you sold me the truck ? Bad business will not recommend to anyon .

The trade in and purchase of a truck was effortless!
