At last I got aprove thanks to Henry and Gloria!!!
I went in to the Toyota store with no idea that I was gonna be buying a car.. My friend told me that he knew Henry for a long time that he was the best . I trusted that and that's how it was he kept me updated with any information about the process and kept me cheer up because he new my interest of me getting a finance or leases. Well Gloria also was in top of this because Henry told her that I wanted to get this car aprove to better my credict score. I have lots of plans and I know that by leasing this car it will help and thanks for the Toyota family Genry and Glory you guys never gave up to get me this deal thanks it's appreciated.

My Awesome Sienna
Came in only to get information about trading in my Camry for a Sienna, and there was Jim Webster offering to help, it was what I always wanted, a family van. It was not like when you go to other car dealerships and you come out driving a car you will not be happy with; I was introduce to a sales man Jim Palumbo, he was a gentelmen. He took his time to show me all the good things in my new Sienna, and it does not end here; the Buisness Manager, Gloria Fernandez also gave us a Latino welcome.

The salespeople were fabulous (especially Jim Palumbo). He was helpful without making us feel pressured. It maybe unavoidable but the purchase process from start to finish was long and, as my daughter pointed out, there's no play area for kids.

Great buying experience
I came to Hartford Toyota hoping to buy another Camry, but was prepared to leave if I could not get the deal that I wanted. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Mike Pembroke was right on my case. He was friendly, thorough and eased my ind. I got the price I wanted for my trade-in 2000 Camry. I was given a great deal on my new car. The financing was worked out to my advantage. I walked out that very day with a new car. I couldn't be more pleased.

Terrible customer service
My overall buying process was terrible if you see Luis the saleman just run the other way. When I picked up my car it was dirty hardly washed and although I hadn't purchased it I was pressured to complete sale even when I had concerns. Very pushy and very sketchy staff. No one returns phone calls from this dealership you are bounced around the voicemail system. I had an issue with my radio several days after I purchased the car, Carl in service said he would order me a radio and fix the issue promptly but that was back in April it's now august and I still haven't received a call back and continue to leave voicemails with no response. When I contacted my salesperson Luis I have the same problem. One major selling point was because I was local and had small children they would come pick up my car for service but now that I ask for this to be done it's become a problem and I need a coupon. Overall I went to Hartford Toyota because my sister bought her truck there. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone because they lure you with promises but never deliver. Just common courtesy and customer service are lacking. I actually hate that I have to deal with them at all. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Andrew Lombardo - "Great Follow-through" "Great Guy"
This is my second time writing about this dealership. I have nothing but great things to say! I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed extra help with the Entune application. Andrew Lombardo took the time that was needed to ensure I completely understood how to use it. He not only took the time to install the applications, but took the time to give me a complete tutorial on how to use each application. He is very approachable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend because of employees like Andrew. Thanks Andrew!

Patience REALLY is a Virture
This phrase means to wait for something without experiencing frustration. Looking for a car/vehicle can be just that. I went to Hartford Toyota just to 'look' not to buy. And my Daughter and I both came out with 2014 Camrys! what a wonderful experience. I ever got the color of ,my dreams RED!!!!!! There was no pressure, Jim and Tony gave it their all and knocked it out of the parked for my daughter and me. We were truly blessed to have met this Toyota Family. They took time with us and dealt with my issue of handicap plate THANK YOU!! I have had two Toyotas in the past. My first car was a Black Toyota Cilca - I loved that car and I am on the road to loving this new car. Thank you Hartford Toyota!

I am sorry, but these other reviews seem a little too perfect, a little too scripted to seem real. I wonder if someone from Hartford Toyota is writing them?? I shopped three dealers for a new Toyota. I made a deal with the owners son- "itty bitty Richie". Told the other three dealers I was all set. A week or so later, Hartford Toyota sprung their trap. The owners son said the gm thought he gave me too good of a deal. Said they "would not honor the numbers they gave me!!" Imagine that? Went to a different dealer. Got a better deal. I would recommend people stay away and warn everyone about these people. As a side note, I have a lot of cars - bought three Mercedes in the past year. I just wanted a mini van. These clowns pulled their stunt with someone who would have bought cars for years.
