Great Experience
My daughter and I recently purchased a 2014 Cruze from Diver Chevrolet with Trina Moulton as our salesperson. Trina was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its options. This was the first time buying a car and Trina made the experience a very pleasurable one. Everyone at Diver was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Trina and the staff when looking to buy or lease a vehicle.

Great Service from Trina Moulten!
I leased a 2014 Chevy Cruze on November 19, 2013 with the help of Trina Moulten. I was very relieved to realize that she was not a high pressure salesperson, but someone who was interested in meeting my needs on my budget. Trina responded promptly to all of my requests for information. She was knowledgeable about the financing options. She was confident that the Cruze was a great product, and was very knowledgeable in telling me all of the features of the vehicle. She patiently showed me how to use them, and also offered to help me again if I had any questions even after I drove the car off of the lot. I love the Cruze, and I am very happy to say that Trina did a great job! I would definitely come back to Diver and ask her her!

Review of my 2013 Chevy Sonic
I was very pleased with the sales process when I bought my Sonic. Trina Moulton was a very good saleswoman. She was not pushy but very willing to help me see and try all of the features of the car. I am a small woman so I'm really pleased how the car fits me. I sit up high and can see well. I like how the daylights stay on all the time while the car is running. I love having On Star and have kept it and used it several times already. I really like all the features of the car. I like how the key is made so I can unlock the car before I get to it and the lights flash when the open door is pushed which helps you find your own car in a parking lot. Though it is a small car, the trunk holds a lot and the inside of the car is roomy. I like how it clearly shows how much gas is left and all kinds of other information. I like everything about the car and feel comfortable driving it. I like how it gives you a lot of information on the dashboard. I think I made a really good choice in buying it and Trina was the person who suggested I try it out. Even after I bought it and took it, I went back and she helped me and sat in it with me to show me some things I was unsure about. I love my Sonic.

This is the best dealership EVER!I wanna thank IRV and Jim who helped us to get exactly what we came for. IRV got to business with the banks and Jim helped assist him. We found a 2010 Chevy traverse and left with the same vehicle We originally wanted.No Bullsh$%,no run around, No trying to sell us nothing we didn't want and they took My trade in without a hassle.We signed a few papers And we were on our way back down I-95.I recommend Them 100%.Very professional and about GREAT Business.Thanks Again IRV who did the financial part to Make sure we were in that Traverse.We look real good in it!!!!

Trina and Rich were wonderful to work with. I do feel they went above and beyond in a timely manner manner to help with my purchase. Given my difficult situation of trying to get out of a lease prior to its end, they gave lots of options and I knew my satisfaction was very important. The dealership is spotless, and the staff all polite and courteous From the receptionist, Sarah to Trina's warm manner to the concise explanation from the finance department - it was a positive experience. pleasant experience
I traveled from NYC to Wilmington on 8/22/13 to purchase a 2013 Cruze from Diver. I was directed to Diver through the USAA auto buying service. Initially, I was very hesitant to travel such a long distance, but after being in touch with Blane Bartlett at Diver several times, I felt confident that I was dealing with someone I could trust and that there would be no unpleasant surprises awaiting me. Although 2013 inventory was already low, Blane was able to obtain the exact Cruze that I wanted and gave me a price quote (before taxes and other fees). When I arrived, the car was waiting for me. The price was dropped an additional $500 from the price he quoted because of a new GM Labor Day rebate. The tag fee and administration fee added quite a bit, but I assume that there is no way around that. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle, and both Blane and Chad Logtsdon, the Business Manager, made it a very pleasant experience. I wish that I lived closer to be able to continue dealing with them for service, but 125 miles is a bit much to travel.

If you only have time for 1 dealership, this is it
We stopped in for a specific car, and did not see it. Ron Mercante showed us some other cars. My nephew was looking for a sedan, and I saw a great hatchback. Ron was gracious and said he would see about the hatchback while we went to another dealership to look at cars. I left having a good feeling about Ron. We got to the 2nd dealership, and what a difference. Your stereotypical used car salesmen with all the negatives. Before we went there we were told they had 3 promising vehicles. They had none. They showed us other cars, each worse then the last. I was through by car 2, so I called Ron. He gave me very fair terms in a straightforward manner. Ron even rearranged his schedule to be there for us to get the car purchase completed. He was very professional as was the manager. The process was very smooth and straightforward. This is an dealership that knows how to treat customers well. The honesty and fairness they displayed shows that they care about their customers. Ron wanted to help us find the right car for our situation, not just make a sale. We should never have even bothered going anywhere else, we would have save ourselves a day of aggravation if we had just stayed at this dealership and worked with Ron.
