Great buying experience with Clay Wessel
I purchased my first Chevrolet a couple of days ago and my Salesman was Clay and he is the absolute best. He made sure the process was smooth and he made us feel like we knew each other for years. My buying process was great and that's because of CLAY. Make sure you ask for Clay....Thanks again Clay.

Diver Chevy Auto service is terrible
So about 3 months ago my daughter took her car to Diver because it started taking bumps badly. So they claimed the problem was the struts and we their normal high price. The problem was fixed for a couple of months and then started up again. We advised them it was the same problem as before and they advised something that had to do with steering. We approved the work and nothing changed so we paid about $1,000 for them to fix a problem that they didn't fix and the guy had the nerve to ask if we wanted the license plate light fixed for an additional $45. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. An no one in my household will ever buy a chevy product again. Hopefully we will get rid of this vehicle in the next 6 months.

TLDR; The exact reason why you should deal with small auto shops instead. Having already identified the problem with my car, I was simply looking for a quote. They quoted me $750 more than the next dealer over and charged me $165 for 2 minutes of diagnostics, something I did not ask for or need. My car was held hostage until I paid up. Detailed account below: It's one thing to have unsuccessful repair performed on your car. It's another to have no work done on your car and then charged an unreasonable amount for it. Having already confirmed the problem with my car, I was in the process of calling around for quotes. I began my search with my local dealer, Diver Chevrolet, who told me that before they could give me a quote they wanted to run some diagnostics. I told them I didn't need diagnostics because the problem is already pinned down, and I'm just looking for a quote. After many back and forths, I was conned into letting them look at my car, lulled into the false verbal promise that they would work with me and be reasonable on the diagnostic fee. To reiterate, I never wanted a diagnostic run, I simply wanted a quote. Diver Chevrolet spent about 2 minutes diagnosing my car, and then called me back and told me exactly what I had already told them, literally giving me zero new information. They then charged me $165 for the two minutes of their time and unreasonably quoted me $600 higher than the next dealer over. I asked to speak with manager Jeff Knoll to see if he would be reasonable as they promised. To my dismay, rather than waiving the bogus fee and valuing customer satisfaction, he was completely inflexible. Diver Chevrolet had the opportunity to build goodwill with a community member, but instead used their corporate muscle to strong-arm me into paying their unreasonable fee. Congratulations to them - they squeeze a little extra money out for their monthly numbers, but at what cost? Having spent mere seconds on diagnostics, a service that I did not even ask for, any small shop would have waived the fee entirely, or at least allowed me to apply the cost toward the repair. Diver Chevrolet chose to hold my car hostage until I paid up.

Brought my truck in at 8am for suspension work and oil change. Was told when I made the appointment that it would definitely be completed same day. When checking in the service advisor says they would need the truck for 3 days. 3 days for a 4-5 hour job? Will not be back, thanks for wasting my morning

Car Purchase
I have purchased many cars over the years and my experience working with Doug Diver was one of the best. I found him to be straight forward and he made every effort to make the purchase happen. I highly recommend giving Diver Chevrolet a shot at your business when looking for a car.

Good morning Neil & thank you for your very kind review! Your Sales Consultant Scott Fisher and General Manager Doug Diver both enjoyed working with you and delivering what we committed to during on line discussions. Digital Retailing/Sales is a huge part of our success and that requires complete transparency and patience. We're glad you made the drive from New Hope and look forward to continuing working with you whenever you need us!

Diver ordered me a csr.it came in Monday and we came Saturday 4 days later to pick it up after getting the runaround all week.i saw my Salesman and Managers looking at the car. After awhile my brother and I went over and the entire car was acid spotted, scratched and had multiple buffer burns on hood, roof, trunk Spoiler etc.I have pics of it all On the hour drive I got an alert that Diver ran my credit. We filled the app out months ago but didn't sign it.We told th err m we sign the apps when the cars in then we'd sign it to run the credit.they knew they did not have permission to run it until we signed the apps. What really upset me was the owner calling us on our way home saying we didn't give them as chance to properly detail the car. After 4 1/2 days they could of had it done. The issue is I am not stupid.I worked for dealers in my life.Dealers want a sold car gone.We got the runaround because they were trying to figure out how to pass a totally ruined car to us.Well you cant. They should of known by how immaculate my 2016 Cadillac was.Bottom line I now have hard inquires on my report which I never gave permission for.I now have to dispute it and call a credit attorney because I have no car and have to find one and will have issues when our reports are run.Rich Diver was totally just UNPROFESSIONAL..You apologize, dont call trying to blame customer

I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss in due to an oil leak and my truck doors being wet inside every time it rains (have pics of both) and I was told they found the leak, "it occurs when you leave the windows down and it rains then water can get it." My seats aren't wet, my floors aren't wet, I am only getting condensation on my doors which is causing discoloration on all 4 door panels. Truck is 9 months old $46K and I'm left to deal with this bc they ran a shower head on one door and it didn't leak. Customer service is terrible, sales is terrible I highly recommend going anywhere but here.
