I prices out all Toyotas from Frontier Toyota in Valencia to North Hollywood Toyota they all had higher prices than Longo. Longo is upfront with their advertised price. No hassle… no haggles…

What services were actually done Why other service was not done The PAPERWORKS or DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FROM THE CASHIER, WERE PRINTED THAT YOU COULD HARDLY READ THEM. YOU NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO BE ABLE TO READ THOSE TINY PRINTS. UNLIKE WHEN I USED TO BRING MY OLD CAR TO PEP BOYS They explain to me what was done What were their findings What are the recommendations Documents can easily be read & understood.

The whole transaction was super transparent, and I knew what was happening every step of the way he stayed in contact with me while I was waiting and walked me through the whole process
