If I could give this place a one star I would. If you are planning to come here for work done and this “it’s ford, they are the best!” DON’T! I choose this shop from my insurance. I took it and the people were very nice in the beginning. A part was not correct so they asked me to come back later to finish it. Took a couple weeks but I went back when the part was there. They kept my truck there for about 2-3 days and then told me the part wasn’t the right size and that they were going to order a new one. When I say WEEKS went by with absolutely no communication I mean weeks. I had to call for updates. They understood I was getting upset and I felt like they were being so sarcastic to me when answering my questions. Finally made an appointment and it was “done” 5 months later. Here’s the problem. The part they fixed was my grill. The first time they fixed it I said hey the lights aren’t working on it when it’s replaced can you make sure they are working? Guess what’s not working again? The lights. I have stains on my truck from them circling dings in my paint. The wiring is all screwed up. Now to top it all off… when they replaced the grill with the new grill, they just unplugged the old and plugged the new one right in. No taking everything out and putting it back to make sure the grill works. And they left the parts right there under my hood. I opened it up a week later to put water in for my wipers and it was next to my engine is EXACTLY where these people left my parts. I drive from Miami to Davie every day how is that safe???? Completely unprofessional people. They don’t communicate. They don’t care to work correctly. They throw you to the side. Awful place to get work done.

The entire team at Sawgrass Ford goes above and beyond to be sure you are completely satisfied. Shopping for a new car was always a dreaded experience that left me feeling stuck with a vehicle I wasn't completely happy with or financing that I was having to just accept to get out of the office. All of that changed when I walked into Sawgrass Ford 2 purchases later and I can honestly say I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Sawgrass Ford Sunrise Florida sales experience
I did not haggle much on the price, and paid asking, but was being played in the sales process. Was shown a monthly payment at an interest rate that dealership and Ford was offering me, but when I committed to the sale, the dealership had a much higher interest rate, and finance guy was on deep water? My credit score was over 800 so no excuse to explain why their sales data did not match actual?. I had said that there was a vibration on the wheel at certain speeds, but sales person did not want to do anything (I had made him aware that his economic figures does not match actuals). First time I buy a car with empty fuel tank?. I asked sales person and he ignored me. Twice, even if he had filled the tank for another buyer when I was looking at the car, so felt like retaliation, since I told him he was playing me on the numbers. After service guy was good, I had the window tinted and he seemed fair, but felt very uncomfortable going back. Took the car to a tire place and balanced the tires (one was very off), but zero assitance from the dealership. The Car is great, but not the sales experience I was looking for, so will not go back, and cannot recommend this place for any business. I should have know better due to their reputation.

Went to Sawgrass Ford as a freind recommended the dealership. The fleet manager Cam helped us. He was great. No pressure, answered all my questions. Cam personally dropped off the vehicle and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cam and Sawgrass Ford.

They've had my wifes car going on a month now, After scheduling the appointment as far as (2) months prior and the car still has no priority to get the work completed. The lack of communication and urgency from this dealer is just unacceptable, do you self a favor and use another dealership. You have been warned!!!!

I shopped around for a F 150 Platinum for 4 months. Visited 5 different dealers in a 150 mile radius. Contacted Sawgrass and right away, the difference was evident. Sales Manager was communicative and genuinely interested in assisting. It was a 2 hour drive to the dealership so he suggested scheduling a test drive the next day. The next morning he sent a text confirming the vehicle’s availability, said had one of his best F 150 guys waiting, and wished us safe travels. Arrived at the dealership (which is very easy to find), met our sales rep who was top shelf and knew the product cold, and within 5 minutes of arrival, we were sitting in the truck. Angel explained each and every feature on the truck, going from left to right. He was patient, professional, and let us fall in love with the vehicle based on its capabilities rather than trying to sell it. An hour and a half later, I owned the truck. Do your homework, come prepared to negotiate a realistic offer, and let your sales professional and sales manager go to work. You will discover the difference between a dealer willing to earn your business, versus one expecting it. Everything about this experience reflected a well trained, well-prepared, knowledgeable and genuine staff who treated me the way they would want to be treated.
