How do you come in for an oil change and leave out with a new car? - Sincerity, Service, Superior product • The Sales professionals are awesome- Sincere with meeting my needs: o Adam – kept me informed about the 2013s and took me for a test drive o Ken – patiently reviewed all the new features and worked with me to select the vehicle with the options I needed o Rob – walked me through the final paperwork, ensuring that I understood the fine print and details of the warrantee • Service o Service management team really tried to accommodate me with last minute requests for oil changes with my 2008 MKZ! o Listened to my concerns o Helped out with a loaner vehicle even when the repair was not covered • Superior Product o I loved my 2008 MKZ – awesome ride, beautiful, dependable o Everyone was so impressed with the 2013MKZ – great commercials! I had to take a test drive o I see a car as a tool. I expect my 2013MKZ to serve me as well as the 2008 did I wandered into Carmen Lincoln 5 years ago, and now I am driving my second new car. Did I need a new car – probably not, but I’m driving the car I want and I am confident in the quality of the vehicle and the team at Carmen that supports it! Thanks, Roxanne Allen

I had an excellent experience from begining to end. ...

I had an excellent experience from begining to end. First I went online to inquire about financing available, interest %..etc and had an online chat with Sebastian. I told him I'd rather buy a house then haggle over a car because it was easier and I was trying to do as much as I could online to avoid wasting time. I ended the online chat with Sebastian knowing if I wanted a car I was going to have to 'waste' my time. Within 15 minutes I received a call at home from Sebastian. He wanted me to know that he would have a salesman available to help me right away and with my pre-approval things would move pretty quickly. I went into the dealership as scheduled, picked out a car, told them how much $$ I had to put down, and where I wanted my payments. I ended up with a car that was much nicer then I thought I could afford, but Tom the salesman 'worked the numbers' and I couldn't be happier. He told me all my options as far as leasing versus owning and new versus used which was extremely helpful. The overall test drive, talking, dealing, final sale, and driving away with a new car took about 2 hours (which is unheard of in car sales)!! I went back the next day to get a one on one walk through of all the functions of my new car (considering I got the loaded version with things I never knew were even an option). I appreciated the one on one attention and the personal thank you from Greg the manager when I left. I didn't feel like a number and they invited me back anytime if I had any questions or problems. It was sincere and I know they meant it - I've heard that about Carman which is why I went there myself. It's nice to know that in a world where car dealerships are a dime a dozen, that Carman sets itself apart from the rest. Thank you, Carman Ford for that! We will send people your way and we will be back for our next vehicle!

Al and Jacob were very helpful and informative. Al listened to what my needs and wants were and found the perfect vehicle for me. I did not feel like Al was just trying it sell a car. Upon picking up my truck, Jacob was very informative and patient when explaining all of the features.

I am a Long Time Ford Owner, We had always bought at the same local dealer over the past 20 years. Decided to step out of my comfort zone and try "Carman Ford" who I knew had been around for years. The dealership had a very good selection of new & leftover trucks. I have nothing but very good things to say about my experience. I would highly recommend giving Carman the opportunity to earn your business. My experience started with the salesman, Tom. He was very nice, easy going and not even close to being the "car salesman" we all dread dealing with. Tom listened and understood what type of truck I was looking for, and how much I was willing to spend on top of my trade in. The negotiating process was very cordial, as the negotiating process moved along it eventually included the sales manager, Todd. He too was very friendly, working with me to get the price down to what I wanted to pay. I never felt pressured, or felt like they were trying to confuse me with numbers. The finance / warranty guy, Dan - he was just as friendly. When puchasing the extended waranty, (which I wanted to do, not talked into it) Dan tooked my annual mileage into consideration to get me the best "bang for my buck" under the extended waranty program. Finishing up the purchase, I must say that Tom was by far the most thorough salesman I have ever dealt with at going over all the features of my new F-150 truck. Usually I know more about the vehicles I am buying then the salesman usually does, but not this time. This was a very good buying experience all around. I have already recommended the dealership and specifically Tom to family members and friends.

Al seeney is a very helpful dealer, he is friendly and will make you feel comfortable and as if you are home. He also Had my car cleaned and fixed a loose handle in the vehicle for me. Bob Carty is a very helpful dealer as well.My father has always gone to Bob since I was very young and as a first time buyer I was recommended by my father to come to Bob. Bob is an outstanding dealer and will go above and beyond to help you out. My vehicle had a minor issue but Bob took care of that with no issues or concerns

They sold us a 08 ford super duty with 40,000 . I had put...

They sold us a 08 ford super duty with 40,000 . I had put 8,000 miles on this truck since we left the lot . It has been in the shop 5 different times . We call them back being we are from VA and they said sorry the warranty went out .i wish they would have been honest about this truck having major rust issues and we would have bought a different truck . Now we have to replace both exhaust manafold , the ford dealer said due to the amount of rust they could do 2 options , first is to remove the heads and then drill the bolts out the manafold and our cost is 4500 dollars or just put a remanufacture motor in for 7500 dollars . After getting the truck back and 1200 miles later the transmission just went out . This dealership is not upfront with there customers about used trade in vehicle , when they should be trying to build a relationship with us so we return for another ford truck . We have a fleet of 12 trucks and this was our first ford and a very bad experience . DO not buy ANY vehicles from this dealership .... Not trust worthy people just about making a dollar of the consumer ......
