Great Sales Experience

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Michael is a true professional and took great care of me!! My buying experience was fantastic and this will be my first choice in dealerships for any future purchases!

Great Mechanic and Courteous Service. Excellent.

Paul Cavender is a supreme mechanic who has worked on my vehicles for 20 years. His judgment is impeccable and to be trusted. He is always able to diagnose and correct a problem and he continually maintains my 98 Explorer Sport in high performance and safety levels. Terri Gray is new to me but in this case was most polite and timely in advising status of vehicle to my wife [I was not able to bring it in personally.] And the shuttle driver whose name escapes me was courteous and punctual.

Great customer contact skills, very understanding.

I have had both front speakers of my 2012 Escape replaced, this trip being the second, it was done efficently and very neatly, in dealing with the service manager John I found the entire experience to be very pleasent and rewarding.

good experience

I have confidence in your service dept. not selling me things I don't need. Terri Gray keeps me posted on probable cost and time. I took the shuttle for the first time and it was a good experience.

Great service person

I had incurred damage to the undercarriage of my car recently. They made me aware of this. Next, they took me through the steps and cost to repair the damage so Icompletely understood.

Getting BETTER!!!

I finally was able to speak directly to the mechanic and show him my problem. After taking a ride with the mechanic he now verifies the issue with my truck. I recommend this to future customers with major issues that the mechanic speak directly to the customer when trying to figure out a major mechanical issue. Your services is getting better!!!

Great service

This was an unexpected visit to the dealership but the service techs working on my car were wonderful and very helpful. They made a very upsetting experience easier to deal with.
