My car was in service for a week.

My car was in service for a week. I was called to pick it up on a Saturday morning, but had to go before 2. I could make it on Sunday. The car was picked up without any paperwork, no explanation of what was done ( had three issues to check). I've been calling the dealership to speak with the advisor, texted and called him without any success. In my last phone call I asked Janet to speak to a manager to get information on the repairs. He was going to call back but never did. Terrible customer service.

Reached out on a used 23 Envision Avenir for sale on web

Reached out on a used 23 Envision Avenir for sale on web and auto sites. Asked for a quick retail purchase, best price without games and ability to inspect at my cost and close deal quickly prior to visit. A modern purchase where all on same page. Customer Sales Manager quickly reached out via email as requested, but demanded phone and visit. Her emails were curt and that she would not discuss price without the sit down visit. That Old School harassment quickly showed and typical of old tactics in car sales. Just be polite and pass deal to someone that works in a modern retail sales approach. While I cannot recommend and would no longer consider Lorenzo’s personally, my hope is your purchase experience is different and tailored to your needs. Just beware that four square and other sleezy tactics may be applied.

No thanks … employee failed to recognize a retail sale without need for hard sales tactics and games. Offer best price, provide signed invoice as agreed, and you would have moved unit before end of month. I don’t need Lorenzo’s and poor salesmanship, but you do need clients to sell cars. I guess I today’s market Lorenzo’s is still expecting pandemic prices and poor client service to earn the business. Perhaps the future but so many units in market and many dealers chomping at opportunity to assist fairly and ethically.

I purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave, I had some concern

I purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave, I had some concern about the vehicle a couple days after I purchased it. But after speaking to Julio, he understood my concern and we came to an agreement. I dropped off the car with Matthew Luetjen from service and he really took care of me. Matthew did a fantastic job on making sure everything that needs work on the car gets done.
