Perfect Perfect Perfect...Service center did a good and efficient job but the highlight of my visit was Christian, the BMW Genius. He was smart, showed me a ton of tips and tricks (unfortunately I only absorb some of them and need another session) courteous and really went above and beyond for me. Great job!

Ryan Schilt (our sales advisor) was phenomenal. My wife is a difficult customer, as it is hard for her to make a final decision on just about anything, especially a large purchase. Ryan truly spent about 15 hours with us, from start to finish (over 3 or 4 visits to your beautiful showroom). We live in Boca, thus we have closer BMW dealerships, however, none could possibly be as good as your dealership is/was. We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. A wonderful, beautiful car dealership (to say the least). Everyone who works at Holman is a special person and will treat you right, from start to finish. A++ for Holman and all of it's employees. I truly mean all of the above.

I purchased CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) X7. I was quoted a wrong price. I got it with 4 years extended warranty and when my credit was pulled and everything was done, they said it was a human mistake, and it is just 2 years warranty, and you have to pay more if you want to get 4 years. Also, I was told that it's a CPO and all services are done, and nothing is due until a year. When I got the vehicle, oil change and brake fluid are due in 3 months. I have been a regular customer to different BMW franchises but never had this bad experience ever. Would not recommend and shall never get back to purchase anything again.

The entire process was excellent, from building my car online to giving it to the dealership to order. Deliver with Brian my sales guy was awesome, great communication. The car arrived early even better then the final phase to get with Warren for my financing was amazing. Smooth fast and easy. Best car buying experience I have had over the past 20+ years with buying cars with BMW. Love my 2025 X5

This was my second experience with BMW of Fort Lauderdale and I can't recommend them enough! Angel Cruz helped me purchase my car today and he was extremely kind and so beyond helpful! I have been to 2 other BMW dealerships in south Florida for purchasing cars and this is by far the best location to go to for buying or leasing a BMW. Chris also helped me with the finance and warranty portion and he was so great as well! If you're looking for your next BMW this is the place to go and the team to work with!

My sales person Jimmy Crippen was truly outstanding. He is professional, always very polite and made the whole experience seamless always keeping me informed on next steps and delivery date. He rocks. Holman is very lucky to have him. Steve, the dealership sales manager, really went out of his way making sure I got the car I wanted. I met him after receiving my car and was so impressed. Amanda in customer service made sure nothing slipped thru the cracks - she was so helpful and excited about the car throughout the whole process! Niccole, the finance manager was fast and explained everything in detail. I work in the luxury consumer goods as well and personalized service and attention to the client are so important yet rare nowadays. Thank you for an AMAZING experience. While I love BMW I think it is the people at this dealership that really want to make you come back.
