Car delivered to body shop after ordering the parts to

Car delivered to body shop after ordering the parts to change the underneath engine cover & bumper insulator plus three clipses all are (Parts), no paint job or any other job required rather than changing the above parts and refix the bumper properly. its very small job as there is no accident and it will take almost like one hour to fix it in the body shop. I waited in the waiting area and then I informed that the car is ready. I returned the car back three times to the body shop: 1- right & left side bumper gaps with fenders was almost half inch. 2- underneath cover was not fixed properly as in some areas has to be under the bumper edges and in some areas are above it. The lady that I am working with is trying hard, but she dont know cars, I was surprised & shocked how come Toyota Certified collision center deliver the car by this way, if you really dont know cars and you dont sleep on the floor under the bumper to see what the xxxx they have done, if you dont know cars, you will never get a good job as its below average I am surprised how they can deliver the car with this quality and its certified Toyota Collision Center. Any other garage will give a better job compared to them, Unless you are ready and have the time to fight, check the car properly, have some experince about cars & have the time.

Excelente atención de Joe Saavedra, me atendió rápido y me mantuvo informado durante todo el proceso del servicio. Gracias a sus conocimientos pude resolver todas mis inquietudes, además de su trato amable y cordial. Siempre que voy al Service Center busco a Joe y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que quiera recibir un excelente servicio.

Customer service is awful.

Customer service is awful. Once you buy a car, the history is different. At the beginning every thing is marvelous, but when they get your money, promises go to the garbage.

This Review is Strictly for Jorge Contreras ( Body Shop)

This Review is Strictly for Jorge Contreras ( Body Shop) this person has no manners nor customer service Skills. I arrived at the dealer this morning around 830 for an issue on my 2022 Rav4 where water was getting under the Hood after running the car thru a car wash. I was instructed to take the vehicle to the Body shop which I did, there was a young man without a name tag inside the Office which refused to help me,the First thing that came out of his Mouth DID you Purchased the Vehicle Here. I was no I did not why I asked? I was told you must take the vehicle to the Dealership where it was purchased. I was like I don’t think so it is a 2022 with 2100 miles it under warranty. This young man then went to get Jorge Contreras which did the same thing take it to the Dealership where it was purchased you should build a relationship with that dealer. I was like what the xxxx are you talking about? Are you going to address my issue yes or no? Jorge Contreras stated I can’t help there’s nothing I can do for you. I did let him know I was going to give him a bad review on line and that he lack of customer service Skilks. Jorge walked away shouting yes you go ahead and do that. It is an unfortunate event and will never set Foot at Headquarters Toyota ever again. The above is All the owners/management fault for not paying attention to detail to the Customers. 06/24/2023. publicidad enganosa, intente retirar unas garantias que en realidad son ventas para ellos , recibiendo mal trato verbal al tratar de retirarlas,,es decir muy decepcionadao de la atencion y ademas este dealer anuncia en un PRGRAMA DE RADIO :" TARDES CALIENTES 107.5 AMOR FM...decepcionado con la atencion recibida.y quienes han dado 5 estrellas seran ellos mismo..que se evaluan..SON MENTIROSOS y hasta una llamada GRABADA DEJE,,espero la publiquen...al publico no se le grita y mas si sabes que tiene uno la razon.,,RECOMIENDO NO IR ALLI....FORD, AUDI, CUALQUIER OTRA MENOS ESTE DEALER.

Called and got a quote for msrp plus dealer fee.

Called and got a quote for msrp plus dealer fee. Great I thought, easy deal, no negotiations. Was willing to pay it, especially during these times. Offered to put a deposit. Waited a couple of weeks to see if car arrived. Was told yes, but we added tint, wheel locks, door edge guards, pinstripes, nitro in tires, etc. that will be $2,000 additional. Take it or leave it. I am forsaking all Miami area dealerships in the future, as they all play this same game. BEWARE!

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and my brakes

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and my brakes were pulsating at 46,000 miles. The service advisor that I was originally scheduled to work with was out for the day and James Rodriguez happily assisted me without hesitation. James reviewed the history of my car and only asked to service what I came in for and not try to pressure me into everything the dealership offers, which I appreciated. He promptly called me as soon as my car was completed, cashed me out right at his desk and walked me to my car. His professionalism was excellent! I love Headquarter Toyota and wouldn't consider going anywhere else; the service is always great and they always make you feel like you're their best customer. I live 30 minutes away and probably pass two other dealers to get there, but no doubt, I'll always go to Headquarter! Thank you, James!

Horrible

Lo peor que he podido ver, terrible experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada, busque otro sitio le aconsejo y el sabio refrán “el que no coje consejos no llega a viejo “ ahí el precio del vehículo, los intereses, todos los planes de mantenimiento y seguros de lo habido y por haber te lo incluyen sin tu consentimiento y firmas electrónico algo que jamás te leen, una arbitrariedad absoluta donde solo te quedarán ganas de llorar y si no me crees no hay problema, ve y prueba y me cuentas después, no digas que nadie te advirtió ok.

Un dealer realmente engañoso.

Un dealer realmente engañoso. Me dieron un carro después de dejar un down payment altísimo,estuve dos meses esperando el cierre del trato que nunca llegó y al final,me sacaron el carro,se cogieron mi down payment y me corrieron el crédito 21 veces sin mi autorización,hasta dejarlo por debajo de 5.50. Cuando pedí respuestas,ni siquiera el manager se apareció. Hasta el día de hoy no me han devuelto mi dinero ni responden mis llamadas
