I came back to DH for my second car after a fantastic first experience 8 years and 252,000 miles ago. Ralph Fields was phenomenal. I came in with my 2-year-old and spent nearly 5 hours reviewing options. He was patient, accommodating, informative, and kind. But it wasn't just Ralph - Judy at the reception desk was a delight (and my son loved her), Kyle was awesome - and makes great popcorn, and Owen was helpful and informative. I'm glad I decided to stay with another Ford from Don Hinds.
