Friendly and quick - no surprises. The routine check up for 15,000 miles went exactly as planned and when there needed to be a new service time scheduled they were proactive and got it scheduled right away.

Competent Service Pricing
I am on a fixed income and compare pricing. Have been a customer of O'Brien for years but recently found that Beck prices are better. Will continue comparing price and feel confident in Beck service workmanship.

i usually like the wonderful customer service. i really miss Greg Rounds. he seemed to have the service dept running in perfect order.i never had to worry when i knew i had to take my toyota in. i have bought 4 new toyotas since the 1990's all of them from Beck toyota.

Great Service Work Performed in a Timely Manner
Service Technician met my timing requirements with quality work. He advised me about my tires and went and obtained a comparison of tires recommended for this car as well as the prices. He reminded me of the promotion on tires currently.

No pressure and Tim Davis was able to find us what we were looking for. The day we meet Tim he listened to us and didn't pressure us in buying something we didn't want

Excellent Service Staff
We really enjoy your service department staff. They are friendly, do the work in the timeline quoted, treat women as valued customers and not idiots like our past dealership. Your waiting area is clean and comfortable. This visit, your service people were even kind enough to clean some carwash soap residue that had run down the center of my windshield just out of my reach - without me even asking. Just noticed it there and cleaned it off. That is great service!
