The Sales and Finance team were A+. I appreciate all they did to make this purchase as seamless as possible, especially since I live in North Carolina. Emma was the most pleasant, sweet and amazing saleswoman EVER! I simply loved every second of it. She made the process so simple for us. We are first time buyers and she had us sold from the first second that she told us about the Toyota grand Highlander. She was so knowledgeable. Cameron took care of us with professionalism and personal

Cameron took care of us with professionalism and personal service. It's uncommon to have a car buying experience as seamless as ours was but Cameron made that possible. He was not in a hurry to sell but was extremely patient with us by answering all of our questions (some repeated!) with absolute honesty. During our visit we were running short on time due to another commitment so Cameron suggested we could come back the next day at a certain time. He made it clear that the time he suggested left us with the time we needed to complete our transaction but it also kept him on schedule with previously confirmed appointments. So, we were comfortable in our experience and we knew that Cameron was also mindful of his other customers. In case Beck Toyota doesn't know it yet, it is my concerted opinion that Cameron is management material. Please continue with mentoring and professional development for him because his innate personal approach and professional decorum is what any car buyer - regardless of generation - wants to experience. He is highly recommended if you are buying from Beck Toyota.
