steve trade appraiser and Colby used car manager are jokes of people. they gave me a price for my car and than they dropped it by 6k because i decided to look at a different vehicle. do not business at this dealership, i've purchased a few vehicles from here and they have gone down hill since they started getting new management DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

Very responsive and relaxed atmosphere. The salesmen were great and the negotiation was very fair and low pressure. We have been customers of this dealerships for 15 years and will keep coming back.

Regi Poindexter in sales was great 🙂 The problem I am
Regi Poindexter in sales was great 🙂 The problem I am having is when the vehicle was delivered it did not have the window tint and the door guards installed. I paid for them but they are not on the vehicle. I asked for a refund. I have left messages for the Danny the general sales manager but he has not returned my calls. Totally disappointing with the lack of service. I have bought 5 vehicles from the dealership but this will be my last.

Absolutely terrific experience! My Salesperson, Brandon, was at the top of my list professionally and personally. He just didn't waste my time. We got right to the numbers and negotiated the deal. His manager was also great. Just no yanking me around or number tricks from him either. Expect a completely different experience at Van's Chevrolet. BTW, I've negotiated around 40 car deals since I was 16 and this was a great transaction!
