Great customer service , Katelyn was my sales person and

Great customer service , Katelyn was my sales person and she help me find the truck I was looking for V8 GMC 4X 4 . The manger that work the deal gave me great deal on my trade in and the new truck price. Katelyn was with me through the deal and help me unload the car with my belongings. Pedro in financing share the awesome warranty coverage and he got me great interest rate. Yates sales team was friendly and caring and answer all my questions. Robert and Katelyn was my sales person and i got to say that it was a great experience. Thanks to the Yates Team especially Katelyn . I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I am glad I stop in at Yates GMC . They help me find my new truck after checking other dealerships I found it. Kaitlyn and Robert sure did a great job. Kaitlyn help me close a great deal .The management team treated me like repeat customer and Pedro in the financing department got awesome interest rate . Within 1.5 hour I was driving home in my new Truck. Kaitlyn has order my accessories and keeps me updated. Great customer service and friendly staff. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle there . I am one happy customer thanks

i bought a 2018 Challenger from their dealership (Yates...

i bought a 2018 Challenger from their dealership (Yates Buick gmc)about two months ago.the report that was provided by them showed that car is 100 clean(auto check elite dealer) (no accidents whatsoever).I tried to trade the car at another dealership just to get another car and that is when I found out by using(Carfax) that the car has been in a collision where the airbags where deployed ;the car was a rental and was bought from an auction originally.they(Yates) were only gonna take the car back if I ended up paying them a few thousand dollars and forgetting about the original down payment that I made(5000$).they don't wanna take the car back and unwind the deal.the car is 10000$ less in value now.and what they did is fraud.i will complain.i will take legal action .I am leaving a review so people can know and be aware....

Vehicle Service

I had two vehicles serviced in just over a week. In both cases they failed to put a reminder sticker on the windshield. All else was good.

Took my truck in for couple warranty items, I was...

Took my truck in for couple warranty items, I was frustrated at the lack of attention to detail completing work to the point of sell the truck and find a new dealer but my service advisor Charity Marriott was great and really went a step above where others had failed, She made me feel Confident in her ability to make sure this type of stuff did not continue happening. Had the truck sold for what I thought was a fair price and I still do, but her commitment to me that things would change made me keep my truck and continue my relationship with Yates. Yes the work was all done and done correctly just not the first time. Thanks again Charity You really did make a difference for Me.
