They didn’t replace my lugs after rotating my tires and

They didn’t replace my lugs after rotating my tires and the tire and wheel flew off and wrecked my nearly new Yukon XL, it had 8000 miles on it and not a scratch. Now it’s wrecked. Luckily knowone was killed.

Even though, the dealership has move, I still receive

Even though, the dealership has move, I still receive excellent service, especially from Mr. Ifill who been my service advisor for many years, George has a history of over 15 years of all the maintenance that has been performed on this vehicle, you can't beat that kind of knowledge. Clean and professional.

Clean and professional. They did a good shakedown of my vehicle. My bill came to over $2000.00 and I just wish they would have washed my truck before returning it to me

Took my truck in for routine service.

Took my truck in for routine service. Had a medical emergency while waiting. Staff acted calmly and very professional. After being in the hospital for three days they sent the shuttle out of their service area to pick me up. Have always had great service from this company. Thank you!

Recently had extended warranty work and routine

Recently had extended warranty work and routine maintenance done on our 2020 Chevrolet Equinox at Earnhardt Chevrolet. Kenneth Smith, our service advisor, was very good at taking care of our car. The work was done exceptionally well and on time. Although the dealership is about 20 miles from our house, I plan on utilizing Earnhardt Chevrolet for future maintenance issues. Based on my recent visit to Earnhardt Chevrolet I highly recommend them.
