A Satisfying Buying Experience with Professionals

My spouse and I recently purchased a new auto from this dealership. The experience could not have been better. We were shown a vehicle that met our requirements explicitly (no more, no less); were provided a test drive; were given a price that matched what we believe is a fair price based on research; were given an in-depth orientation on the car's many features; were provided necessary paper work in record time; and were sent out the door with a new car in something like a total of two-and-a-half hours in the dealership. All of this was orchestrated expertly by Lou Gordon, as well as our service adviser, Ken Lamb who was involved because there was a trade-in.These are professional and personable employees who know their business and know how to meet their customers' requirements. Subsequently, we have had several follow-up emails offering valuable tips and contacts for questions and concerns.I don't know how this experience could have been improved.

I want you to know how I feel about my new 2016 E 350, Special. The badge of honor, it's all about customer service and trust. Remington Logue, Customer Service, and Trust are all one and the same. Great buying experience

It was a pleasure working with Lou. As an Internet buyer who had already done is homework, I appreciated Lou's no bull approach to my shopping experience. I would purchase a car from Schumacher European again if given the opportunity.

Mr. Logue was so helpful during the process of leasing my new car. He was very kind, informative, and knowledgable. He made me feel very comfortable and special during the decision making process. I would recommend him as a dealer to anyone shopping for a new Mercedes!

Excellent Experience Again

Lou Gordon has once again knocked it out of the park. This is my second used car purchase through the Internet experience at Schumacher. I noticed the car late at night after the dealer was closed. I sent a note through the website and was met the next morning at the time the dealer opened. Within 2 hours I was signing the final paperwork. Several people assisted and each knew me and my wife. The best experience buying a car, for the second time.

Review Craig Zielinski

Craig was so helpful in the leasing process of my new Mercedes! He went through every detail of my car with me so that I knew hot to properly use every function. He really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership!

Sales person extraordinaire! Remington Logue

I visited Schumacher European with my son as he purchased a car for himself.... I started looking around and was thinking about purchasing a new sedan myself. Remington Logue, listened to what I wanted and said, "Wait a month." What you want is coming out shortly and you'll be happy you waited! A 'sales person' turning away a sale? No...
