My spouse and I recently purchased a new auto from this dealership. The experience could not have been better. We were shown a vehicle that met our requirements explicitly (no more, no less); were provided a test drive; were given a price that matched what we believe is a fair price based on research; were given an in-depth orientation on the car's many features; were provided necessary paper work in record time; and were sent out the door with a new car in something like a total of two-and-a-half hours in the dealership. All of this was orchestrated expertly by Lou Gordon, as well as our service adviser, Ken Lamb who was involved because there was a trade-in.These are professional and personable employees who know their business and know how to meet their customers' requirements. Subsequently, we have had several follow-up emails offering valuable tips and contacts for questions and concerns.I don't know how this experience could have been improved.

Lou Gordon has once again knocked it out of the park. This is my second used car purchase through the Internet experience at Schumacher. I noticed the car late at night after the dealer was closed. I sent a note through the website and was met the next morning at the time the dealer opened. Within 2 hours I was signing the final paperwork. Several people assisted and each knew me and my wife.
