We were treated like royalty even though we were buying a used Mercedes. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with all staff we encountered.

The professionals at Schumacher Mercedes-Benz, namely...

The professionals at Schumacher Mercedes-Benz, namely Lou Gordon and Aaron, made my recent auto purchase the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had–and will likely ever have (at least until my next purchase from them!). Why was my experience so great? Well, where shall I begin; how about the beginning? After dealing with a pretentious auto sales person at another dealership, my girlfriend and I drove to Schumacher Mercedes-Benz expecting more of the same. Upon my arrival, however, Lou Gordon and Aaron destroyed my perception and made me feel like a respected and valued customer. In fact, Lou Gordon immediately approached and warmly greeted me when we walked into the dealership. After a brief introduction from our part, Lou recognized us from a telephone conversation weeks prior (I tried buying a car over the phone but it sold) and knew exactly the kind of car I needed. He stated he was finishing up with another client at the moment but that his co-worker, Aaron, would show us a vehicle he thought was perfect for us. Aaron brought us to the vehicle and answered every question directly and with specificity. No snake oil here. A test drive revealed Lou was right–this was the vehicle we were looking for. We then sat down to discuss price. I was prepared for the worst. My poker face was on, my objections were ready, and my girlfriend and I had already discussed walkout strategy. So we asked Lou: “What’s the price.” Then we were stunned! No way! A reasonably offer we could not refuse! It really was that easy. Lou was straightforward and honest; no secret call the manager sales strategy here. Although we prepared for battle, the war zone (dealership) contained only allies (Lou, Aaron, and Schumacher Mercedes)–no opponents. Lou then walked us through and helped us obtain financing after making a very reasonable offer on my trade-in. He also answered every question we had concerning financing and out-of-state sales. Lou took care of everything and we were driving our new car in no time. What is more, Lou and Aaron then provided excellent post-sale service days later. So to conclude, if you are worried about dealing with your father’s (or mother’s) sleazy sales person, or just want to be treated like a valued customer, go to Schumacher Mercedes Benz and ask for Lou Gordon and Aaron–you won’t regret it.

We visited the dealership to see the SLK350. No inventory available since the 2012 just had come out that week. Sales associate inflexible and unhelpful. All their scheduled inventory which was due to arrive had a glass roof which we didn't want. We were basically told that was the only way the car was coming in. I asked about gas mileage and was not given a direct answer. The sales associate only told us that the car would get about 2 mpg more than the published mileage. We had to press him to look up the information that we requested. On our way out the door he told us that when we came back they could build the car any way that we wanted. However, he made no attempt to sit down with us that day to build the car. We left our name and phone number and never heard back from him. We drove across town to Phoenix Motor Company on Indian School Road and bought the car we wanted that day. It seemed that the Schumacher dealer didn't need or want our business.

I had my first service visit with Paul at Schumacher and he was so easy to deal with, my car got in and out fast, they provided me with a Mercedes loaner for the time I was there, he even gave me a small gift on my first visit. I will always service my Mercedes at Schumacher they are far above any dealer I have visited in the Valley thus far. My next MB will come from Schumacher for sure.

I had a C Class Mercedes. I needed service & called Schumacher Mercedes and asked if I had the car towed to their dealership, if they would offer me a loaner car. I was told I could obtain a loaner by the service rep. I had the car towed to Schumacher Mercedes within 30 minutes of the conversation. After I got to their service dept, I was told I could not have a loaner. If that was the case, I would have had the car towed to Phoenix Motors. I asked for a manager, Michael Schumacher came into the office. He was very cold & asked the service rep what model car I had. When the rep told him it was a C Class, he abruptly said NO & walked out. As if I was a second class citizen because I had a low end model at the time. I walked out of the office towards my car. I asked another rep if they had loaner cars available & he said they did. I come to find out that the reason my car was disabled was because the lug nuts from my regular tire were too long for the spare tire and impeded the driving of the car. I then proceeded to change the lug nuts to the proper length in the middle of their lot. Dozens of employees RAN out asking to assist me. It looked terrible for a woman in a skirt on the ground changing lug nuts. I ended up driving away saving myself the $700 they quoted me for repairs that were not even needed & I NEVER went back to their dealership. We now own E63 AMG & G55 - WHICH WE DID NOT BUY FROM SCHUMACHER!

I walked into the Audi North Scottsdale dealership with the mindset that I would NOT be purchasing a car that day. David Silver approached me in an unassuming and professional manner. Expecting the "salesman routine", I was pleasantly surprised with the way David handled his prospect (me). He asked me a ton of questions: What brought me into the showroom, my time frame for a purchase, what I was looking for in a new car, etc. David really dug deep into what I wanted. After absorbing all of this information, David showed me a few cars. I felt no pressure, no "gamesmanship", nothing shoddy that one might find in a less-than-professional car salesman. Long story short: I bought, same day, the perfect car for me. David was a factor in my decision. David brings honor and respect to an otherwise stigmatized profession. I would recommend David to anyone who is looking for an honest transaction. Thumbs up, big time.

I have purchase two new Mercedes from Remington and I have always found the whole Schumacher team to be very pleasant and easy to work with. I'm not the your average MB customer...I buy MB because I drive long distances and need something that will last. It is an investment, not a "I'm rich" statement. Regardless of my monetary standing, I always get treated like their best customer.

I have tried to buy a new car from them twice. Once the year the new SL came out and again when the new S class came out. It seems because they have somewhat of a captured audience in the Phoenix area without much comptetition their sales people are somewhat aloof and going on about how exclusive the car and their dealership is. Basically it has caused us to go to California to buy these cars. Their service department however has actually been quite good albeit not as good as BMW. I had a 2005 760iL and 2 years after I had it I pointed out that the entry sill and door panel where you rear passes through to the seat where scuffed from getting in and out and thought the service writer might pass it on for future reference. When I returned to pick up my car they had replaced all of them. Never asked, never expected it. THey just did it. Their no cost maintenance program is a solid winner in my mind. Would have purchased another 7 series but I had already had 2 of the same model design so I changed to the S Class which is a great car. But as for the dealer. They could go along way in making it easier to buy a car from them.
