My rating is due too the great experience I had there....

My rating is due too the great experience I had there. Charles was my sales rep., and he was great, so was all the staff. Everyone was very helpful, and didn't pressure me. They did answer all my questions, and I have called Charles since my purchase and he is still happy to help. I would defiantly refer others there to him. If I ever purchase another vehicle I will be there.

Great Buying Experience

Jon Shoop is a top notch sales man! He really listed to my needs and wants and got me into a car that is a perfect fit and fell perfectly into my budget. He was patient through the entire process even though at times I was indecisive! I ultimately choose the Chevrolet Sonic and love it!

Bought New car

My wife and I decided to go to Sands as it was closer than other dealerships for the service on our 2011 Cruze. We purchased a car from Garrett and he was a great young salesman who knows his vehicles. The experience was great minus price negotiations when I was challrneged to find a better deal and I was able to with no reply from any of the sales managers. I would recommend buying from them but only to deal with Garrett.

Danny Gross

Danny was awesome, SUPER sweet, up front, explained everything without being in a rush!! Great salesman, I'm super happy with my new Chevy spark, I've have bought several cars throughout the years, at sands chevrolet in Glendale,Danny made this experience one of the best I've had on purchasing a vehicle. Sands Service Dept

Chad Fairchild is my service rep and he provided me with excellend customer service. He let me know exactly what services my car needed. I have been a loyal customer to Sands for many years and Chad Fairchild is the main reason.

Great Service, Needs to be less time

I still am baffled how it can take 4 plus hours to buy a car. People were friendly and I am satisfied with my purchase, but the time frame from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave with the car needs to be shortened.

oil change

I had wonderful time at Sands Chevrolet for my oil change. Servise advisor was great knowledgeable friendly, nice and they care. Will come back for service.

Dear Sir: I had the privilege to purchase a a New Silverware 2014 LTZ Truck that is loaded with all the accessories. Buying a New Vehicles, is very stressful from Car Dealerships. I am a cash buyer's, but other Car Dealerships that included Six other dealerships, trying to obtain the highest dollars, to make the Salesman @ Dealership"s obtain the highest bottom line. Where is the loyalty to the customer, I as a simple transactions was a Car Dealerships dream. A individual that was looking for the very best deal I could receive. There are very few hassle's because I needed know financing, yet all but one Dealership, should me the very best deal, with Outstanding Service, which happened to be Sands Chevrolet. I was introduced to a very a OUTSTANDING GENERAL SALES MANAGER, his name was Paul Waskom, who then paired me with another individual by the name, of Matthew Van Horn. Even though the sales man was young, he was he was a College Graduate form the University Of Arizona. He knew his products, no matter what product I was looking at. He also was a Closer, between Paul & Matthew, I felt Simply Outstanding, about the purchase of my New Vehicle, was far less stressful. Would I but another vehicle, from Sand's Chevrolet, the answer unequivocally, Yes. Here is the reason, I felt that I had been treated fairly, honestly, & I obtained the Bottom Line. I got the most the most Product, for the least amount, of dollar's. Now, is that not what,we all are looking for.
