We waited 2.5 hours for "The Works" service (oil change, tire rotation, plus checks of fluids, brakes, etc.). We also had a scheduled appointment for repairing warranty-covered squeaky brakes. Their computers were down, so they could not check for regular 30K mile service. A rookie Ford mechanic should know by heart what are routine services at various mileage. There was no communication from the service writer even though we kept asking for updates. There are many other Ford dealerships to choose from in the greater Phoenix area.

The worst experience yet.
The worst experience yet. We agreed on the price/deal. They delivered the car themselves to my home. Next morning, they called and said they cannot honor the deal because they did not know Ford changed the residual value on the lease contracts. And they came to my house the next morning and took the car back. TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER.
