I had the pleasure of working with Valentino to purchase

I had the pleasure of working with Valentino to purchase my new truck the other day. He did a great job finding the perfect truck for me and making it work the best for me. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make the buying process easy!

The service center does not answer the phone or return

The service center does not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. I had concerns regarding a recent service fix and was told they would run a test and if it came back normal then there was “not a problem”, but it wouldn’t explain the lack of oil in the car - oil just doesn’t disappear and if it’s not being burned, I can’t help but question if the oil was put into the car in the first place.

Well, what can I say?

Well, what can I say? I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime with all kinds of different experiences with dealerships. I will say this has the most enjoyable experience that I have in buying a vehicle in quite a while. The salesman delivered on what he promised me, and he was very punctual when I set up the appointment to meet up with him at the dealership. he was a true professional, and I would in a second rep purchase another vehicle with the same salesman.
