The service center does not answer the phone or return
The service center does not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. I had concerns regarding a recent service fix and was told they would run a test and if it came back normal then there was “not a problem”, but it wouldn’t explain the lack of oil in the car - oil just doesn’t disappear and if it’s not being burned, I can’t help but question if the oil was put into the car in the first place.

Well, what can I say?
Well, what can I say? I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime with all kinds of different experiences with dealerships. I will say this has the most enjoyable experience that I have in buying a vehicle in quite a while. The salesman delivered on what he promised me, and he was very punctual when I set up the appointment to meet up with him at the dealership. he was a true professional, and I would in a second rep purchase another vehicle with the same salesman.
