Fantastic service

Gilberto Martinez was fantastic no presure made my buying experience really easy he explain everything and i was out of there in a record time

Best experience at a dealership!

I'm giving a 5 star rating because Isreal did an amazing job not giving up to help us get out from under our vehicle into a new one and was so understanding and persistent to our situation. I will go back for sure and recommend others as well! Especially to see him! Thank you to him and his team!

No one is perfect but they try really hard

No company is perfect and Midway Chevrolet is no different. I won't hide the fact that my first experience with them was beyond terrible. However, it's how a company responds when something doesn't go right that really shows you the integrity of that company. After my initial interaction I was quite upset and expressed my concerns through every avenue I could think of. I didn't expect anything in response, so I was very surprised when the general manager (Dave) called me and sincerely apologized. He asked for an opportunity to make it right. As I said, no one is perfect so I wasn't going to hold them to a perfect standard so I gave them a second chance. Dave made up for the first interaction and more. He knows the value of a customer and I know he is doing what he can to establish an environment that is friendly, welcoming, and most important: honest. Dave is a busy man so I won't suggest everyone go see him, but go see Lamar, my salesperson. He will take care of you and I know that his honesty is supported by the leadership of the dealer. Together, they turned a nightmare into a dream.

2005 Chevy Suburban

I took my tSUV into Midway Chevy for a noise in the engine. My service advisor was Al Gaffney who I have been seeing for the past 10 years. Al advised that there were 3 lifters that needed replacement, my steering box was leaking, my oil sensor needed replacing and the plugs needed replacing as I had just turned 100,000 miles The good news was that Al had sold me a four year Mainenance policy about 3 Yrs ago so a $4,500 bill came down to $1700. The truck runs very smooth now and the engine compartment is spotless. Thank to the great service guys at Midway and for the excellent relationship with Al Gaffney. He called each day to let me know where we were and qualified each cost item with me so I had no surprises. 10 out of 10 all around

Midway Chevrolet

Daniel Castillo Service Advisor at Midway Chevrolet provided excellent customer service. Upon leaving work I found one of the tires on my Equinox was very low. I work near Midway Chevrolet so I slowly drove to the dealership. I did not have an appointment and it was well past 4:30 p.m. Daniel show me a large screw that was in the tire and explained that it could not be repaired. Daniel had the tire replaced and I was back on the road within an hour. Thank you Daniel and Midway Chevrolet for providing excellent customer service.
